Excellent store to find very fine and wonderful items, gifts, and home goods :) the aisles are tight but unfortunately the shoppers that shop here disregard your personal space ALL. THE. TIME. its not the stores fault but its mainly the people that dont understand personal space as you are looking at items. So, be aware when you shop at this location, dont be surprised if people get really close to you or get in front of you when you are looking at an item.Overall, the store is very clean and well organized. The items are easy to grab and look at. The items are clean as well. The aisles are tight and just enough room for one person with a cart. Wish there were more cashiers but it is what it is. An amazing store!

Lots of items at good prices. It was very crowded-felt like Christmas was coming. Did not find everything I wanted but really liked what we got.

Very disappointed with this store’s customer service. Purchased dish dryer, the cashier couldn’t locate the label and asked for assistance to confirm the price. They charged the original price. (The product was defected) I found the discounted label underneath when I removed the secured strap which was $3 off. When I tried to return the same product weeks later they said the receipt mismatch and the product.

Huge selection of home goods, selection changes daily, sonif you see something you like buy it.

Nice staff, place always have sometime to buy! My favorite! It’s a great place ❤️ the night manager in charge of the front greeting employees at least need have a seats available standing up 6/7+ hours long and due to COVOLD19 6 feet distance standing front door for so long their Feet hurts. I felt bad for two employees stand up while I was shopping for 2 hours trying look at everything then my feet breaking up with me 😂❤️ Continue to be strong 💪

Some of the Christmas decorations are still a little in the high side for clearance items great selection of pet goods and the table lamps are some of the lowest prices for a higher quality lamp. Love the toss pillow selection with what seemed like a large volume of beige pillows.

The really sweet lady at the Woodbury location was so helpful today at helping me find a good decorative pillow for my bed. I didnt catch her name but she was really pretty and dark skinned. She was helping a lot of people before me and I asked her if she could help me and she was so nice and helpful. I think she deserves a promotion or something. Bless her heart.

Fun place to look around if you are shopping for gifts or home decor. Aisles are a bit narrow in some areas of the store

HGs was looking a bit how can I put it, stale out of touch. Same stuff b4 lock down it needs more merch; you can see the inflation reflective in the prices. The pandemic requirements were all fulfilled everyone wearing masks and carts sanitized just like the merch available.

The staff is nice, but the place is crowded. Going around with a cart can be somewhat difficult because the isles are too close together and packed with awesome finds. There are great deals, and a lot of things for those who are just moving to college. Youll find a lot of trendy and cute stuff for your dorm room, apartments, house, office, etc.

Not a single staff person said hello, every staff person I walked by turned the other way or complained about being at work. The only thing said to me was “Your total is....” I definitely won’t be going back to this location.

Fun items, good prices. Just hard to get around in store. Cramped isles, both narrow and full of random sale items. But overall, good place.

Store was well lit & organized. However, the sheets I brought home that I thought were new had a hole in them. Wont shop here again.

I purchased a lamp from a HG Woodbury, MN store. When I got the lamp home, I decided that I wanted another of the same lamp. The Woodbury store only had one, so I went to the Rosedale store to find the lamp. They did not have the lamp either. When I asked the store cashier if she could check with another location, I was surprised to learn that the stores are not connected electronically. However, the cashier graciously called another store for me. When she was told that they did not have it, the store manager told her that she could not call another store to check for me. I decided to call the Woodbury store to make a final check for the lamp. The store employees were very rude. I found this to be very upsettling as I was willing to purchase another lamp if I could have found someone that would be helpful. I will be returning the lamp that I purchased and looking else were for a lamp.

The only reason why I put POOR-FAIR on this is because the address sent me to a cul-de-sac in the middle of a residential area. There was no HomeGoods whatsoever in the vecinity of that address. Was so disappointed.

The cashier was a total snot! She made snide remarks about how I bought all glass items so she had to inconvenience herself to wrap everything up or Id get home with a pile of glass! She had a really condescending, bitchy attitude and was rude . Such a snot.

Love this store for just about everything...
