Purchased dock inserts mid-summer trusting they would be quality built. Less than a year later they are falling apart. Had to go through the entire dock piece by piece and add 48 screws to each one myself to save it after spending over $1200 on it.UPDATE: The manager has reached out to me to make things right. So Im improving my rating. I will likely bump it again once things are made right.

Depends on who you get unloaded by one guy hates life and the other isnt bad. Only reason for the second star is its never a long wait.
