Dr. Zhou was absolutely fantastic. He did an exam to determine the extent of my hearing and then carefully explained exactly what my problems were. He then answered questions in a professional manner. He was great to work with and helped me make informed decisions about how to improve my hearing. After we settled on a hearing aid brand that matched my needs, he took the time to explain carefully and fully how they operated, how to maintain them, and how to best use them. Dr. Zhou always had time to listen to my questions and provide meaningful information and answers.He and his staff also worked to get me the best price possible.He has a great sense of humor, is kind, and very very professional. A year ago, my mom went to see Dr. Jerry about her hearing, or should I say her inability to hear. Dr. Jerry tested her hearing, evaluated what she was looking for, and fitted her with a hearing aid. It was a challenge for my mom to adjust, even more so since I live out of town. Dr. Jerry was wonderful and very patient as he answered all of her questions. He even made a couple of house calls for some minor adjustments. We are going into year 2 of her new hearing ability with a check-up today and an improved life for both of us going forward. After receiving a flier from my insurance carrier pointing me to Hearing of America. The flier stated that people who treat hearing loss with hearing aids are half as likely to have mental decline or develop dementia-that was enough for me!Dr. Jerry gave me a very extensive hearing test and found that there were some areas of my hearing below where they should be. Dr. Jerry set me up with hearing ais and adjusted them for my personal needs, and after one week of getting use to them I must say Im hearing things much clearer and crisper then I have in some time. My wifes hearing aid stopped working and she is quite reliant on them. She needs them for work and to interact normally.We tried going to health east where she got them. We were there when they opened and tried to get 5 minutes of the audiologists time to troubleshoot them or at least look at them. They would not see us.My wife knows from past experiences its typical they wont look at the device at all and theyll only send it in to the manufacturer, leaving their patients without a hearing aid for two weeks.Desperate, i found this store on Google. Dr. Zhou was enthusiastic and welcoming. He determined the problem within minutes and helped my wife use a different ear mold while the other was sent to the manufacturer for repair. Ive never had better customer service.Dr. Zhou seemed to geniely care about his patients and is effective with his work.

Best hearing being experienced after decades of wearing hearing aids. He does whatever is needed and pressed the manufacturer to replace both of my hearing aids and I could not be pleased more!
