Staff and owners are friendly and efficient. They have different options...USPS, UPS, FedEx etc. They always find me the best option. Ive recently started selling through eBay and I print the mailing label at home and package the item then just drop it off. They scan it and I get a receipt with tracking number. Never a long line, more convenient than post office on the other side of town.

Called to make sure they were open on Friday before 4th of July, and young man on the phone was kinda rude. I said, thank you, and his response was, yeah. Maybe I will go to the UPS store.

Very friendly staff. Whether its shipping packages or getting something notarized, they ate very quick, Im never in there more than 5 minutes

Very expensive, clerk wasnt too friendly. Will go to the local Post Office for my shipping needs from now on.

Will never send a package there again. Employee was rude. Did the rude nice tone. Not a pleasant transaction. Another lady was in there and seemed frustrated as well.
