The only place I found in the Easy Bay that was responsive and easy to rent a speaker for a small wedding reception. Pascal is friendly and easy to get a quote, showed me how to set up the speaker, and essentially charged me a one day rental to be picked up the day before and returned the day after. Great customer service and highly recommend for small audio rental needs.

They got the name because they know what pro audio is supposed to sound like. No really.. If theres a crew to ask advice for decisions when it comes to speakers, or anything you can put in an amp rack, theyve got your answer. Ive grown up with Gateway and been there at all the East Bay happenings where Know Audio got its toe hold over the previous 20 years. Because of that experience theyve become the premier sound reinforcement company in the East Bay, possibly the West Coast. Cmon, would this Robot Heart lie to you? ;D
