Worst experience Ive ever had!!! I placed an order and was told I would be called once all the parts arrived the next day which was yesterday today I get a call saying all parts are ready for pick up. I drive down (40min) drive in traffic. Once I get there I give my order number they gave me. And the guy up front says I dont know what that number is for and immediately I knew I was going to have trouble I proceeded to give they guy more info as he tried locating my order to no success. Long story short if your looking to buy parts for your car go see national auto parts down the street its a 10 min Drive and believe me your receive much better service there as well as better quality parts.!!

WARNING!!I recently bought a Headlight for my 2010 Mazda 3, it happened that the young lady there gave me a similar but, wrong part, we all make mistakes right? The problem escalated when I tried to return the part with my receipt in hand, she immediately ask me for the box, which it was already teared when I purchased the headlight.Since I didnt requested the damaged box from the body shop, I told her I didnt have it at the moment, then she said that without the box she couldnt give a refund, I explained her that it was very damaged when she sold me the light, she acknowledged that, however; she was very despotic and refused to give me a refund. ThenI asked to speak with her manager(Jose), but even when I humbly explained him the situation, he said he couldnt help me, and he said: if you want to do something or go to court, you can do it Can you believe that kind of customer service? Both of those employees are a shame for the Latin community, and they are harming peoples economy even more, specially during this crisis were going through.Stay away from them.Also, pay attention to the small letters on the bottom of the receipt, it says that AFTER 14 DAYS WILL BE A 25 % RESTOCKING FEE!!What unlawful and dishonest policies!!My purchase was almost $300, 25% of that would $60!! What a substantial trick!I will ask my body shop guy to look for the box, I just hope they dont come up with another excuse trying to avoid giving me my refund,if they do, Ill report them with the BBB & will open a case with the California consumers affairs, so they can get them right or even close their business if they have more complaints about them.

Been going here for years for aftermarket parts only a fraction of the cost it would be somewhere else for instant I needed a radiator my Toyota the dealership wanted close to $400 LOL came here and got it for $75 and a lot of cases you get what you pay for but Ive never had a problem with anything Ive gotten from them and their team is very helpful and professional

Had to wait awhile as the two transactions ahead of me took quite a while something about citi bank cards declining customers. Beside that service was awesome and of course they were the cheapest place to have the part i needed. Also the parking is pretty tight on the one lane road.

I actually did not visit this place, but since Google says I did because I was near it, I must comment that the pleasant colors (some variation on psychedelic cantaloupe) of the exterior paint job blend in well, in almost an avant-garde modern art kind of way with the surrounding buildings creating a beautiful contrast against the background sky and filling me with feelings of Wonder, not quite Vincent van Gogh level Wonder, but more than say, Keith Herring.

Poor customer service. Offered delivery, then 3 hours later said they would not deliver. I was at the shop by myself, and could not leave. As a business, we will not be relying on Levann anymore. They have got us the wrong parts before too. Jose the manager has terriable customer service; Had to argue to exchange for correct part! BAD BUSINESS...BAD!
