If you drive a Mercedes, Brooks is the best in the business. They truly did an incredible job. Rhett helped me with my vehicle and we spoke multiple times a week so I knew exactly what was happening. Although they had it for over a month to ensure things were done right, when I got my car back it was immaculate and repaired with the precision and care that had her looking good as new. Customer service and care are not extras at Brooks, they are included in the experience and I deeply appreciated the detail and excellent service I received. All around very happy customer.

At the outset, Frank was so helpful in answering my questions about the repair work; I forwarded photos so he could give me an estimate, saving me the commute.The work was done as described within the time frame. The repair work is impeccable. PLUS,Brooks Motors not only washed the car exterior - but also the interior! I brought my car over to Brooks after it was vandalized on the street. Brooks automotive, and particularly Frank, were extremely professional in all of my dealings with them. Brooks replaced my windshield with the special factory windshield that was unique to my car, fixed all of the dings and divots on the body, and repainted the entire car front to back. My car now looks spectacularly new and has a better quality paint job on it than when it rolled out of the Dodge factory. Their attention to detail and quality have left me completely dumbfounded. My car is my baby and Brooks took care of her like she was their own. There is no rushing craftsmanship of this quality and caliber. If you want your special car to be worked on by true craftsmen and are willing to invest in the work, I cannot recommend any other shop above Brooks. Working with them has been a peach.

This is my third time coming to Brooks for body & trim repairs on our Tesla Model S (unfortunately). Each time, the staff at Brooks has made what could be a very stressful experience quite pleasant. The shop is way far and gone, near Oakland airport, but the premises are handsome and spotless, as one might expect of a shop that works on Maseratis (which I believe they do) and Jaguars. The work on my fender bender took a little longer than I expected, but apparently that was due to parts availability. The result was perfect. The price was a shocker, but 1) my car is an expensive one, and 2) State Farm paid it. Id use them again if I had to, but Id prefer a shop closer to me, in Pinole. Of course, I hope not to need a body shop again. Ill be careful, I promise.

These guys are simply the best! To say Im particular is little bit of an understatement. So when I had an accident in my car I needed a shop to preform a miracle for me to be ok with it. Brooks came through and always has for me over the years. They simply are the best repair shop and painters in the Bay Area. Cant speak highly enough about the results from this team. My vehicle was in a minor accident when I was going through a fast food drive through. Nice looking shop and they work on some pretty cool cars! I was a bit intimidated dropping my decade-old Mercedes at this shop with like Aston Martins and AMGs but I got excellent customer service just like the high-rollers get. When it was time to pick-up my car, they had it all nicely detailed and ready to go which I definitely appreciated. Overall, Brooks makes the process pretty easy with great communication along the way! Shout out to Frank whos particularly good with communicating updates, etc. Thanks.

One may worry when there are but one, if not two authorized body shops for your car in the Bay Area. However, that exclusivity was not an issue with Brooks Motor Cars. From the moment I dropped my Tesla Model S with the shop until the moment I picked it up and even during a later visit afterwards, I was treated with the upmost care and professionalism. My driver side rear panel required replacement after another vehicle side swiped my car. I was anxious about the fact this entailed cutting the panel away to later bond and rivet a new one on. The work was extremely labor intensive and required a lot of detailed work I will not mention here. Yet the work was excellent. I noticed a few issues that needed attention and the crew apologetically addressed each one right away. I really felt valued as a customer. I highly recommend Brooks Motor Cars for Tesla cars which are a real challenge.

Fabulous collision repair work, paint quality far superior to original, will never look for another repair shop.

The ash fall and debris driven by wind during the forest fires a few months ago completely ruined the paint on my auto. The whole car had to be repainted. Thanks to the skill and care of the Brooks Motor Cars staff, my car now looks like new. In fact, one of my neighbors asked if I had just bought a new car. There is no better place to get work done on your car than Brooks.

I had my Jaguar I-Pace towed to Brooks because they were the only company close to me that could possibly repair my car after an accident. Sadly, the car was totaled but the people at Brooks could not have been nicer. Very responsive and professional. Angela made sure all of my items were removed from the car before it was towed away.

Car was repaired fine; however customer service / case management was non-existent (case manager Jaime didnt give an estimated timeframe at beginning, never updated me on any progress or status of supplements). I thought this was supposed to be a premium, reputable shop where basic communication and transparency with the customer is valued, but here it really seems like they just dont care.

This is not your average body shop. They take their time and do quality work. Perfectionist.

They are the best. I’ve used them for the last 15 years as Dan has growing his business. Drive all the way from Southbay as I won’t let anybody else touch my car.
