Super fast turn around! Car got broken into on Wednesday and I was leaving for a trip Thursday afternoon and needed my car. Called them up and organized an at home appointment for next next morning. Technician arrived well within the allotted time window and was fast and professional. Also pricing was very fair for the service provided. All in all would highly recommend.

I was very impressed by the service at Auto Glass on the Move. The employee I worked with was knowledgeable about the work I needed done and was transparent and proactive in asking whether my insurance would cover it. He was personable and seemed to genuinely care about the repair and me as an individual. If I need other auto glass work done, I will definitely plan to come back here.

Glass On The Move did what no one else could or would. Took my call at 4:30PM on a Friday for a Monday AM replacement, called and secured the insurance authorization, called and secured the replacement windshield, called back and updated me, set a show up time, called because they were going to be 5 minutes late, beat their time estimate for installation, and were considerate and careful through out the entire process. They beat the other shops by a week. I would HIGHLY recommend them without hesitation.

My windows were shattered on Sunday morning and they were fixed by Tuesday. Great service. Safelite couldnt get me until next week and glass on the move was better because they did what safelite could do but more timely !

I was lucky to find this place offering same-day repair with the glass I needed in stock. I booked them through my insurance and they asked me to bring in my car around 3pm. Not only did they not repair my glass on time, but they broke the replacement window during the installation AND now my car is giving me an error message needing service. I would NOT recommend this place!!

Three weeks agoI Highly recommend James & his team ! I’ve used them for several of my vehicles and have been extremely satisfied with the results. Their prices are comparable but my satisfaction comes from the care taken of my vehicle and quality of material used.

Today is my 6th or 7th time using their services... life in the Bay Area. I keep coming back here every time because they are professional, kind and helpful. It’s hard to imagine how they could improve. They always get you in quickly, do the work well and treat you with respect. I love this place.

These guys are GREAT!!! Everyone is very nice, helpful. My glass had to be special ordered as the dealer didnt even have it in stock. They let me know as soon as it came in and it was replaced that day. The service was fast, customer service was spot on (and I am a HUGE stickler for good customer service!!!) they took care of everything with my insurance. This was the easiest, least stressful glass replacement I have had. If you hang out while they work on your care the waiting area is clean and comfortable!!! And Bonus points for having a pinball machine!

End up not using the service. So be mindful that this review is not a full review. I just want to say that when your car has no window and the person on the phone says that it wont rain till Monday (4 days from today) its just rude. Id like to compare their offer to other Auto Glass I have used in the past. this place did not offer a crash wrap drive in. And this is a deal breaker for me.

These guys and gals are great. I went there at a time that was super stressful- in the middle of a move and my car was broken into. Of course the side window and small vent window were both broken and I was stressed. The staff was super nice, informative and patient. I would recommend them to anyone. I hope I never have to go to them again( because frankly who wants a broken window) but if I find that I need to, I will come back here 100%.

I love this place. Felix the owner is super passionate about customer service and it shows! Everytime I have ever used their services everything has gone smoothly. It also happened to me in Oakland not too long ago.I was going to just go with Geicos preferred vendor that I used last time, Safelite, but they couldnt take me for 6 days (anywhere in the bay area). And didnt offer mobile service as they are so busy.So I called around and left messages (in the middle of the night) so I would hopefully have some options in the morning.I went with Auto Glass on the Move due to:(1) strong reviews(2) good pricing -- though my insurance deductible is what it is, so price wasnt really an issue(3) responsivenessThey returned my call even before they were technically open (good strategy). They told me they could order the glass and have it by noon and could drive to my home in Alameda to replace my window.Gerald called when he was en route (during the promised 2-hour window). He was very polite, efficient, and cleaned up all the glass.I also appreciate that he gave me some helpful recommendations. He said I should leave the rear/trunk cover of my Rav4 OPEN so they dont have to break a window to find out if there is anything worth stealing (of course, this assumes there is nothing worth stealing).He also recommended I call the office to learn how I can get a lower deductible. I thought $250 was low. BUT I have a $250 deductible for both collision and comprehensive (which the glass falls under). So Im about to call Geico now find out the cost of lowering my comprehensive deductible. Living in the Bay Area, I expect wont be my last car break-in, unfortunately.

This is my second experience with having a glass repaired by Auto Glass on the Move. The first was with their mobile service and I found it excellent! This time I was asked to bring my vehicle into the shop. Which was okay because I believed I would get even better service. The office is clean with enough seating to wait comfortably should you choose to go that route. They were quick and installed both my rear door window and the rear quarter panel window. So far, so good! Upon picking up my car, I noticed that the door panel did not look as if it was replaced properly. I drove my vehicle home and upon further inspection of the repair, I saw that the technician, who was selected to work on my vehicle, neglected to vacuum glass behind the rear hatch seat and underneath the seat in front. This was a bit much to take and did not reflect a proffesional approach or pride in someones work. I called AGOTM and was told to bring the car back later so that they could address it. Upon arrival, I showed them the glass as well as my concern about the installation of the door panel. I saw the push down on it as I had did earlier at home hoping to get it to seat properly. It didnt work. Most of the glass was vacuumed and I left again. I returned once again the next day because I couldnt bear looking at the eposed bolts of the door panel through the rear window. This time after I showed them the problem, it was worked on by a technician who was assisted by a very helpful mobile repair driver, who happened to be in the parking lot before going on his routes. Together they saw the problem, removed the door panel and replaced it properly. I could have given 3 stars for the inconvenience of having to return there twice for lack of attention to detail but was encouraged that they did everything to remedy the situation. One suggestion would be that more emphasis be placed on quality of service versus speed. Sure, I want my vehicle returned in a timely manner but only if its done correctly. I selected them when given the choice by insurance glass repair vendor and would probably select them again. Hopefully there is not another reason to use their services in the future but if I do, I will prefer the mobile service for their better attention to detail.

Auto Glass On The Move came through as promised in four ways: a next morning apptmt, a 1-1/2 hour repair time, a fair flat fee, and they stand behind their work! Thanks again!

They did a good job replacing my glass, but later on when I had questions concerning my glass and the quality they became impatient and rude. Then they hung up on me. My insurance company was even shocked as they were listening on the phone call. No need to get defensive when a customer is just asking questions! Not recommended.

Lied about cleaning ALL glass and that I would get the same tint on my windows. I found glass on my seat after they vacuumed all over the floor and in my window pockets even after the vacuumed. Bad customer service included if you find any glass up to a year from now, come back and we will take care of it. No thanks.
