Cheapest price I could find. Should have spent the extra $120. They didnt take all the broken glass out and the doors. When I went to roll down the windows? sounded worse than nails on a chalk board. When I went back to get them repaired correctly? They sprayed WD40 down the sides. I had to go back again to get them to do it right. 3 times to do it right. And the button on the door has glass stuck in in so it doesnt roll down from the drivers side. Terrible job service attitude and location sucks too.

I don’t know who I talk to but it was a guy he told me $185 to replace my front windshield, but I didn’t go that day I was planning on going in the next day so I called before going up there An a young lady that answered the phone A attitude and told me $275 for the same windshield I don’t know what’s going on but I did not go Anybody else experiences

My car window was broken into for the 8th time so I wanted something inexpensive. I called Low Price and they quoted me 130.00 and that they had it in stock. I got an appointment the same day. The shop is inside pick n pull in Oakland so it was a say to find. They did a great job even taped my window buttons so I wouldn’t try to roll it down. I recommend them to anyone that needs to repair or replace their glass.

One shop even quoted me $600...Then I got ahold of the guys at Low Price Auto Glass! Not only was the customer service I got from Raj (the owner) next level... “Low price” does not mean mediocre quality at Low Price Auto Glass. I was asked to arrive about 3:30 when the new windshield was supposed to come. I got there around 3:15 and the glass arrived at 3:40. There were 2 cars ahead of me so they didn’t get to my ’96 Avalon until 4:30. It took them about an hour to replace the right front window and the windshield.Shortly after I arrived it began to rain. They moved my car under cover so the seats wouldn’t get soaked. Before they replaced the windshield they asked why I was having it replaced because it wasn’t cracked. I explained that over the last two decades it had gotten a lot of highway miles and there were lots of micro pits which they couldn’t see easily because it was late in the day and overcast.I got to watch them replace several side windows and windshields while I waited. They also trouble-shot and repaired a couple of windows that weren’t operating correctly. All the employees were focused, efficient, cooperative, and thorough just like they were 20 years ago when I came here to have the windshield on my van replaced. Some things don’t change: this is a good shop with competent employees. They put all the screws back.

I woke up having my car broking into. I shopped around for a good deal and this was by far the best deal I found. I gave them a call around 11:30am and was able to order the glass over the phone. Reduced one star as i had to wait for an hour in sunlight and had no idea what to do next. But service was good, quick and reliable.

Charged $140 for 2.5 hours of labor. My car sat there until the window did not arrive. They charged me while they waited for their guy to bring the windows. The actual window replacement took 30 minutes, yet I was charged for 2.5 hours of labor. $140 for labor + $80 for window+tax. B.S.Will not go back.

If you are retiring your vehicle do no come to this branch it took me 2 hours and 25min to finalize the process where they ask you to come in just 30 minutes before they close showing it should not be more then a 30 minute process. I was not the only one frustrated best of luck

When I asked them to try to fix the track the young man said I can come back the next day because they dont accept cars after 4pm. But my diagnostic started @ 3:45pm. Wow. Yea Ill never go back

I brought my car here and they damaged my car. Lie and stated it was a new window but,I watched them go to pick and pull and get used window. They put the window in and did not add bonding glue. Horrible experience and even worse customer service. This business needs to be closed and reported. They doing the community a disservice.
