It sounds like from the other reviews that they do a fine basic wash. Be very careful though as they cost us $400 in repairs to our wheels. They do not know what they are doing and were not professional in their response when this was brought up. They used a chemical cleaner on the wheels that acid etches brake dust on to wheels when left on too long. After we left, we stopped for food and noticed the issue immediately. We called them and they said to come in and they would check it out and see if they could do anything. When we came in they took one look and dismissed us, claiming that someone had spray painted the wheels. If this was true, you would expect to see paint on other parts of the car, where none was. They would not even refund us for the wash. We were very disappointed since we had just purchased this used car.

They charged me $40 for an inside & outside cleaning for a Honda HRV. The outside cleaning was not too bad - just like what your could do with your water host at home, and the inside was a superficial vacuum cleaning. Did them even spend 5 minutes on vacuuming it? The dusty spots were perfectly untouched.Avoid this place!!! Over charged, terrible service.

They always do a pretty good job and its 25 dollars for interior and exterior. If you see anything you want touched up dont be afraid to ask. They are always really nice about it

Small crowded space for a busy day. Excellent job..they dont like accepting Discover or American Express cards. He charged me an extra $2 to cover his merchant fee. My car was super clean, I had neglected its care after I had a small fender bender,so I didnt mind..I suggest you take cash or debit/ credit card with Visa logo.

They scratched my car so bad and wash so bad. I was trying to remove the scratch they said do it in your home. If they wash even careful I would not to rate them. I will keep letting customers about their how bad!!!

This place is phenomenal. They make me feel like I have a new car, each time, which is no easy feat with three young kids. Staff is very courteous and extremely hardworking. Please bring cash for tips.

These guys did a fantastic job with both the interior vacuum and car wash! Plus they had extremely fast, friendly service. Interior in particular had tons dog hair and they got everything looking brand new in my SUV for $40! Ill definitely be going here from now on.

They do a great job here. Its not a super detailed job, but the price is right, and itsuch cleaner than before.Nice ppl, and they work quickly as well. You can use a card or cash. Like 36$ for the whole vehicle, in and out. Give em a tip, they work hard :)

I live close by and really appreciate having such a reliable hand carwash to take my car. They do a fantastic job. Sometimes it takes a bit longer than they estimate, but usually its pretty quick too.

I love this place. One things that makes me a little uncomfortable is how they dont dry the plastic mattress.They just wash and put it back while very wet. It makes the car smell. I always tell them to dry it, but they do the same thing over and over. Other than that they do a good job. I still have them 5 star.

Great experience!! Friendly hardworking staff.. My truck was FILTHY. For 35$ and a tip (cause they earned it) they cleaned it inside and out, even swept and washed out the filth in the truck bed. Definitely coming back here.

These guys killed it.They did a great job detailing. It took about 45 min to get an in and out wash but it’s very worth it.

STOLE MONEY OUT OF MY WALLET. I came here with my girlfriend and she left her wallet under the seat. There was only 25$ in there but upon getting back in the car after service she immediately checked. Not a dollar left in the wallet and they even went as far as to push it as far under the seal as possible as though it wasnt ther . Will never go back and I would urge you: STAY AWAY

The folks here do exceptionally good car wash for a very reasonable price.Price fluctuates depending how dirty your car is, ie. Mazda 3, quite dirty $25 for inside and outside.I also love the fact that its truly all hand wash; not a machine in sight except for their use of a leaf blower to push water beads off your side mirrors.Overall a great experience here.

They did a great job cleaning my car but they charged me extra because I had a lot of insects on my bumper from driving in the 5 from LA. I mean, Im not bringing my car to a car wash because its clean. Probably wont return because I only wash my car when its dirty and dont want to be charged extra for that.Update: after living in the area for about a year I found that this place has the best one around.

They clean well but refuse to own any damage they do. I will NOT be returning. They just broke the case covering the wires behind the rear view mirror in my AMG C63 Benz. I’m sure they accidentally bumped it off while cleaning the windshield but broke a piece when trying to put it back on that’s needed to hold the case in place. Said they didn’t do it but of course they did. It was perfectly fine when I arrived and broke after I left. VERY BAD BUSINESS!

They cleaned all the dog hair in my car for $45 in under 30 minutes whole I waited in the shaded area on the couch. Nice!

So good! I can’t recommend enough. I guess because they are so good, they have loads of customers in line. Prepare to wait 30 to 46 mins. Maybe go to a nearby restaurant or do some grocery shopping in the Asian stores nearby while you wait? They also have a waiting area as well.Also, during my last wash, my car cleaner (?) found some money in my car and gave it to me...how cool was that?

Ive been to many different car wash and auto detailing establishments since moving to the bay area. KSC Car Wash is by far is the best!!! My Forrester has it all... Dust, dog fur, mud/sand, and leaves. I drive off KCS Car Wash every time feeling like the day I drove her out of the car lot.

Complete rip off. They charged me $60 for an interior and exterior clean only to find the inside had been only vacuumed (not very thoroughly) and not wiped down in the slightest. The $60 didn’t even include my trunk, because it’s full of work things. Super frustrated and will absolutely not be returning.

This place does a great job cleaning your car at a really reasonable price. Looks close to a detail job and a good price. There is a reason why its pretty busy at lunchtime.

Customer service was nice and friendly and my car was detailed perfectly inside and out at a reasonable price.

They do a pretty good job, but they kept stalling my car because they didnt know how to use the clutch. After 3 times I went over and moved it myself from then on. They also smoke and spit while cleaning your car.

Good wash, O.K. price, but not exceptional. They charge more if your vehicle is especially dirty. Why would I come here if it wasnt? But, I still give 4 stars because Im just happy to have my car clean. I live in an high rise, and dont have access to a hose in the garage where I park.

Good, diligent people working here! Very trustworthy, I never fret on anything left in my vehicle. My SUV was an absolute MESS between myself, my 6 year old, fiancé and 3 dogs. The upholstry/carpeting was very soiled, between pups and frappaccino spillage. $50 was a fair price for that job, given how much time it would have taken me by myself to detail it to their standards. 👌
