Yesterday I went to T-Mobile to purchased 4 lines. The staffs were very nice. I also bought a speaker because it is on sale in valentine day.

Came in for the iPhone trade-in / buy-1-get-1 free upgrade promotion and received fantastic service.

I bought 2 galaxy 10+ on around sep19, with promotion buy one get one free, but dont get any refund yet. When i called them, they said let me check and call you back, but i never received any call from them, and wasnt able anymore to reach them with my phone after that..... today, i called again with my wife cellphone, it works, but the same answer.....

Went in to At&t trying to get an iphone,,. those people over there didnt bother to talk to mem, so I come in to t-mobile to see if i can order a iPhone 12, to my surprise they have the blue one in stock. Purchased it right away with my old iphone trade in that is worth more than what apple store was able to give me. tim is super crazy knowledgeable about every thing on the iPhone down to the processor model and pixel density in the screen, did he just memorized all the spec of the phones he sells? .. every thing was transfer over from the old phone to the new one within 30 mins over Wifi, at the end I also brought a protective case from him for 20 dollars. Have I mention he wear blue contact lens... .... oh well... he was wearing a mask the whole time so I couldnt really see his face... my sister said she want to go back to the store get few more phones... tell me about it........Share review

Went in today to try to upgrade my to the iPhone 11,. the guy with the glasses isnt as bad as the other review said., he showed me how much my old iPhone is worth, and got me to preorder the iphone 12 instead of buying the 11 and save me 350 dollars versus buying the iphone 11...apparently they are running a trade in promotion for the iPhone 12 that give you more trade in value when you get the iphone 12 than the iphone 11.... cant wait for the new phone to arrive, so excited

The male representative with glasses at the store is biggest jerk. He keeps the store closed even during regular store timings - this has happened couple of times now. Firs time I went to store at 4:45 PM and he didnt help me because he wanted to close the store, regular hours are until 5:30 PM. I went again today at 4 PM and he had kept the store close and was inside and refused to open. T mobile should take strict actions against this as he isnt trying to help anyone.

My family switched our lines to tmobile last month, one employee was friendly and she explained to us very clearly. Id like to share their plan to my friends.

This location was supposed to be open at 10:30 AM I’m currently standing outside and have been for 20 minutes it’s now 11 AM and they’re still not open. Definitely very unprofessional and I have a tight time crunch and them being late is effecting my day negatively.Ended up being 45 minutes late.

Helpful service. Worker are patient to help me a lot.

There was an extremely rude employee who refused to help with activating my phone because he assumed it was a locked phone. Ignorant man with an attitude, obviously well never be coming back to this location.

Would not accept phone return, store owner claimed not to be a t-mobile location. Claimed not to access to my account data or records. Totally useless.

It is a great shame of truth that I went to pay for my phone bill and they still leave you waiting outside for more than the minutes that they tell you that they will tend to you is not fair and in the middle of alone apart from all that badly they understand the truth alone two empliados to be able to tend and not so much that but that they still make you wait many prayers and give priority to all those people who speak the English language
