They spent the time explaining what was being done and how to ensure that the opener continued to work correctly. They also spent extra time trying to figure out why the bulb wasnt working when the garage door opened. All went great! Thanks.

John did a wonderful job doing a complete overhaul of my garage system, including springs, new cables and all new rollers. Garage door is now super quiet and there is now a five year warranty in place. John showed up same day as my garage door would not even open to get my car out. He replaced the 2 springs that were broken, he also replaced all rollers to get us back to having a fully functioning garage in no-time. Great service. Highly recommend. I phoned the company and after explaining the problem with my garage door I was told a technician would be able to attend the next day and the costs involved for either a service repair or a replacement motor. The technician phoned when he was on his way and arrived on time. He was able to solve the problem without the need for a new motor so I was pleased.
