Working with Merch Monster was great. My org and I wanted to place the order before leaving for Christmas break and was hoping to receive the delivery no later than New Years. Merch Monster was great at keeping the communication lines open and got the merchandise printed and delivered to me by Christmas Day!

They are very disrespectful and talk to you as if you are dumb. Horrible service. They do not listen at all.

Mike and his team has always gone above and beyond for me when printing shirts. Each time I have called Merch Monster, they were very responsive and very flexible with our request for a quick turn around. I get frustrated when asked to design a shirt last minute for an event that is literally four days or less away. The Merch Monster team makes my life easier by coming through and delivering on my orders. I always walk away happy and appreciative of their work. I shouldve written this review a long time ago but glad I had time to do so now. Seriously, theyre the best to work with in the Bay.

Really ripped us off. Mike implied they had masks they made in 3 ply from an overseas manufacturer, and that he had about 12K in inventory. I told him I needed to get a fellow distributors order filled for 10,000 pieces until our order arrived that was being held up. I told him about the pricing that the fellow distributor paid and that I was going to buy his mask to cover those since mine were another week or two out. Mike then turns around and ships mask from a supplier all 3 of us use in their packaging disclosing the real cost of the masks. Additionally, Mike had me send him shipping labels that could not be used with the supplier, who was shipping them free freight. So I paid an additional $250.00+ on shipping when it was a free freight situation. Now our client who could have bought the masks from the same supplier at a much lower price is now livid that he paid more and had to pay freight because Mike was dishonest and did not bother to disclose that it was a free freight situation. Mike even emailed me a 2nd time asking for the shipping labels, then did not get them shipped coming back with an email that they only have a UPS daily pickup. When it had nothing to do with HIS pickup as they were shipped directly from our mutual mill free freight. There are so many things wrong with this. Yeah Mike you made a few thousand bucks on me but you ruined my reputation in the process. It would not have gone to this point had you simply accepted the return of the 10,000 masks that are still in original packaging.

Worst experience ever!!! Expensive, Slow, and a horrible customer service experience. The owner makes you feel like you are an inconvenience to them. There are many other screen printers in the area. I will be taking my business somewhere else next time, I do NOT recommend Merch Monster to anyone. I doubt these people will be in business for very long anyways.

These guys were great! They were able to accommodate a relatively quick turnaround (just over 1 week) and worked with me when there was a miscommunication on the need by date to ensure the shirts were ready on time!

As someone familiar with the T shirt printing industry to have a minimum of 36 shirts for Direct To Garment printing was beyond my comprehension. Most people seek direct to garment services for one offs and small runs.

Friendly, super professional, and they get shit done in a timely manner. After a few crappy experiences with other printers, I came back to Merch Monster quickly and excitedly.
