I phoned in an order and when I arrived they had not even started my Oder. Other patrons came and went; they would stop working on my order and complete the other orders. I spent an hour for eight sandwiches when I had made a pre-phone sandwich confirmation order! The lady who assisted me was ok but she would stop working my order, she and the other gentlemen should have completed my order first! This is not my first HBH CO that was absolute poor customer service without apology!!

Treat yourself! The very best ham shouldnt be for just Thanksgiving or Easter! Have one today! I did😋

Staff was very kind with great service. Bought the 1 lb pkgs. and what theyre missing is the yummy honey glaze crackle thats on the ham.

Socially distant the Monday before Thanksgiving, arrived @ the opening time, small line, everyone was masked up. 30-45 minutes max done. Perfectly ran and smooth. Job well done. Curbside pick-was also conveniently located and highly visible out front.Job well done

Customer service was terrible, and my sandwich was not made correctly it was dry and half the ingredients were missing and the spinach tasted rancid my co-workers tasted the same. I dont know what happened they are usually very good and food is fresh.

Great staff, we went in maybe 30 min to closing and the African American man was very accommodating. He even warmed our food up for us and did it without complaining. Normally the dinner plates they dont warm up which is why I gave 4 stars. I guess they dont want a flurry of people in their eating. Food was good, the stuffing was NOT. It was wet and had a funky flavor and it was gritty. I just didnt have the heart to make him get me another one while they were closing up.

Best sandwich ever.

This place is great. I don’t go for the hams or turkeys but the sandwiches. Yes it can be a little slow sometimes but the combo deal is pretty good and the sandwich is fresh and tasty. If you do their little check in thing you get good deals. Today for example I got 2 sandwiches, 2 salads, 2 sides, for 9 bucks!

Popped In to pick up a ham for a party tonight. The manager Myra was yelling at her staff in front of customers. Mark and Mary at the counter were so pleasant and helpful. Myra made the Experience so negative. The ham was great it was a big hit at the party.

Honey bake, bravo is the word that comes to mind!! The food selection is exquisite; the cream spinach is the best recipe that I have ever tasted yum!! The sandwiches are packed with delicious ingredients, and they are so large that you can only eat half of the sandwich. So if anyone desires great meal at a reasonable price try honey bake, you will be glad you did.

Long lines pre- Thanksgiving (3 days before) Waited 35 minutes in line for chance to purchase Ham. Pretty much a holiday tradition to wait in line. I personally think the Ham is worth it.

Make reservations for smaller hams. Or else WE HAD TO PAY for larger hams at the store. Also be prepared on holidays there is a long wait line. And dress appropriate for any kind of weather. Bring jacket and umbrella in car in case. The line to wait can be outside from the door. I had a hard time finding parking. But the ham is worth it. Delicious. Happy Thanksgiving everyone.

It took 1hr 45 min in a line. It didnt matter that you order your meal online, still had to wait in the line that was about a little over a block long. Wont do that again. Friendly service once you reached the front of the line.

The honey baked ham was delicious as always BUT the mash potatoes (2 quarts) that I bought a day before Thanksgiving were spoiled. I promptly returned them to the store the day after Thanksgiving and the manager did not hesitate to give me a refund. So 3 stars for the spoiled mash potatoes. 5+ for the ham!

The product is great. Really liked the single line. But the service was surly this morning. What happened to their customer service? Thus, only 3 stars.

We called on Monday and made a reservation to pick up a ham on Friday. We came in today (Friday) way before closing to pick it up, but they sold out!!! What is the point in making a reservation if you can’t keep the reservation???? What they don’t quite get is, you make plans to have this ham for a special event and you are counting on serving it that day. It ruins all your preparation! Get your act together! Hire people that understand the meaning of a reservation.

Was surprised that my ham sandwich was not moist. Remember Honey Baked Ham from when Id buy Easter dinner hams years ago.

Love it! Comes with instruction of how to heat the ham in the oven without overheating. It was easy to reserve from the website or call. Everyone loved it during our thanksgiving party.

Great food & customer service we buy every year at Christmas

Really really bad experience and I’m not even gonna give them a star but there’s no option to do that.I am leaving this review as actually a message to their manager (whoever you are coz your staff seems like doesn’t want to give out your name) or to the upper level.I went there at Honeybake Ham in Oakland Piedmont location and fall in line before Christmas, 24th. Stand in line for 45min only to find out when I get home that the Mashed Potato was really bad. I can smell the bad odor coming out of the container and how discolored it is. I called their office right way but no one is answering until the time they closed.The day after Christmas, 26th, I called the store and spoke with someone who told me to just come and bring my receipt. I told that person that I’ll go there same day with my receipt. Got at honey baked ham at 4:00pm and was assisted by Mayra who told me that she’s the only one at the restaurant and everybody left her. I asked her if she’s the person I spoke to over the phone but she said “No”. She states that if her Management doesn’t care and so as she because there are few people that already came and they yelled at her. I left a note for Vanessa, Mayra’s friend (according to Mayra) stating that I do not want to come back and that they have to refund my money either they send it through mail or they can send it directly to my card. I asked that she call me tomorrow. Phone Number and name given. I left theMashed potato and receipt to Mayra. Left the store at 4:10pm. The following day, 27th, I expected a call but no one called me.12/28 I called Honeybake Ham to follow up, Spoke to Vanessa and I told Her what happened but she didn’t let me finish and just cut me off and started yelling.My husband heard everything. Vanessa hung up the phone while I was talking and then I called again right away and spoke with Sasha. She let me finish what I’m saying and I said that if we have to wait for the manager, I’m okay with it. I told her that if that’s the only way then I’m willing to wait for her/him but when Im trying to get the managers name, Sasha then said “just wait for the moment” then phone went to silence and then got disconnected. I called again and spoke with Vanessa and as always she treated me with her rude way and yelled at me. Hung up to me over and over again. I recorded the last part of our conversation. I called the store several times and people hung up everytime, on my 8th and 9th call no one is answering.As a customer, we have the Right to the truth, the $8.99 mash potato doesn’t even worth all the trouble that Honeybake Ham staff gave me. I was treated with their very bad and rude attitude. I got YELLED at by Vanessa trying to turn around the situation, “she’s the mad staff and I’m a bad customer”. Which I do not understand.I am thankful that I smelled the mash potato before we eat it because otherwise they’ll be hard to find if I get hospitalized due to food poisoning. The food is okay but the staff and their process are terrible. I will not go back again.Manager or whoever can help me, I am CALLING YOUR ATTENTION. I left my information to Mayra and Vanessa, please contact me as soon as you get back (I was told that your on vacation).Thanks.

You get ribs and Turkey there also best earlier holidays and you get sandwich meat for if want some dessert. Sometimes they have long lines during morning.

Honey baked ham sells hams that are quartered now for more profit, litte ham and more bone.Its a pity there is no other place to buy similar product.

Ordered sandwich combo through Grubhub. Delivered on time. WRONG SANDWICH. Very disappointed. If they were out of the product, they should have contacted me to tell me they couldn’t fill the order.
