Jonathan was very professional. Im not in a business that uses this sort of service, Im a woodworker whos table saws top warped and needed to be re-flattened. Jonathan not only took the time to answer all of my questions, he also explained to me the process of precision machine grinding that they would be preforming on my table top. I even got a quick tour. I was told it would take two days, but received a call the next day saying my top was done. Talk about quick turnaround time! The table top came out perfect! If I ever need this type of service for any of my other machine I will defiantly use General Grinding again.

Ive used General Grinding several times while working for GNB Corporation. Their expertise is evident in every job. We typically use them for standard #4 grain polishing and the finish is always top notch.I highly recommend General Grinding.

I have done business with General Grinding for many years and they always did a good job and was always a pleasure to work with them. However past year or so their lead times have been longer ( almost 2 months at times ) as well as the worst business experience I have ever had. I would never recommend their services to anyone, not even my competitor.
