I had a good buying experience here. The sale person Simon was very helpful and friendly. He wasnt pushy at all. I already recommended him to a friend. Im happy with the service and my new car. Dont go to Marin Mazda this one guy sucked! He didnt want to help me.
Ralph was awesome and super helpful. He got me the deal that I wanted and didnt waste my time. I spoke with several Mazda dealers all over CA before deciding on them. I would definitely recommend getting a car from this dealer. Its worth the drive.
I bought my car here a little over a year ago. Ive only been to the service department 3 times. Each time was a very pleasant experience. Everyone, from the service manager to the guys who bring your car to you, is very courteous and professional. Theres no better place to bring your Mazda for service.
Mazda of Oakland has been providing service for my Mazda 3 for 3 years! I make an appointment online and when I arrive the day of my appointment it is a very easy process. It normally only takes 1 hour for maintenance service and they even wash my car!! Great service and friendly customer service agents!
I bought a 2012 Mazda 3 hatchback from Nick, the internet sales manager at Mazda of Oakland. The first time I visited, I informed him that I would not be purchasing for another couple of months. He was still very informative and was not pushy in the slightest. When it came time to purchase a car, we contacted Nick again and he helped us with the purchase. The experience was 100% satisfactory and we could not have been happier with the purchase! Highly recommended dealership.
I dont normally post reviews but I really love this place. I continue to go here for routine maintenance even though its about an hour away and there are other mazda dealers.The salesmen are great and not pushy and service team is quite courteous.

Just bought my 2012 Mazda 3 Hatchback here a couple weeks ago... Great experience working with Nick. Service was very attentive and although I didnt buy a car on my first visit, we were able to come up with a fair compromise remotely that prompted me to buy in Oakland vs. Marin or SF. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Ive left messages with the service advisor (Darren) for three days to no avail. No one in service answers the phone and they dont return phone calls. Ive called perhaps 8 times in three days. Frequently, the receptionist doesnt even pick up for a couple minutes. I would avoid this place. If you already own a Mazda, thats unfortunate. Theres no way all these 5 star reviews are real.
Sucks.
