All around great experience. Purchased an Aprilia Tuono and not once felt pressured through the process. Darragh is super nice and was professional through it all. These guys know Aprilia like no other and very much passionate about the brand. The service team are super nice and do great work. My break-in service was done by them and they just did an amazing work all around. I even received a call from Darragh prior to the appointment to offer me to take his bike till the work on mine was done, now talk about great service!! Love supporting good business like Rockridge. I bought a Vespa from Rockridge Two Wheels in 2014 and I still ride it nearly every day. If I ever need service or parts, it’s a great excuse to come visit the shop. The people are super friendly and always seem to be willing to get you on a bike of some sort and then keep the riding fun. There are other good Vespa shops in the area but this one is my favorite.

Giving 2 stars for benefit of the doubt. I’m unsure if this shop was negligent, or the previous owner of my scooter was delusional about her condition. All this to say, buyer beware. I had to spend over a grand to get her operational. This includes a broken oil filter and dipstick, the freaking broken part of the dipstick was still in the oil tank. And several serious issues that made her very unsafe until my shop did a number on her.

Salesperson was extremely attentive and helpful. No big deal but Im an old lady and am not often taken seriously in a bike shop. Thanks!

Professionalism at its finest. I left a VM, and sent an email, to inquire about parts and service for my Royal Enfield Continental GT, and it took them all of 10 min to get back to me.Once we were on the phone it was an easy conversation. What a breath of fresh air to have excellent service. Too many motorcycle shops lack basic business etiquette. Not this one. This place is a thumbs up from me.

I bought a scooter from them (Piaggio LT150) many year ago, and have had it serviced many times. Ive been extremely happy about every interaction. They do great work and care about their customers. And Darragh is one of my favorite people, period.

Took my recently purchased BMW F 650 GS to Two Wheels for an oil change. Turns out the bike had a few issues I wasnt aware of. The staff at Two Wheels were very informative & did everything they could to address the issues without price gouging me. Ken & Darren have earned my respect & I will definitely go back to Two Wheels in the future.

Bought a Piaggio scooter here several years back, and helmets, gloves, batteries, and other parts and accessories since then. I could not be happier with the assistance Ive received from the sales and service departments. Top notch people. Great to have them here in the Rockridge neighborhood.

Left 1 voicemail, sent 2 service request, sent 2 emails. never got a response. needed my tires done on my Daytona 675. not sure if theyre closed or maybe too busy for my business.EDIT(35min later): I may have been overzealous with my numbers earlier because I didnt actually think Id get a response. Realistically, I actually have been trying to get in contact with this business for the last 3 weeks now through email and service requests, and then even a phone call last week. After leaving a 1 star review on Google and submitting a 3rd service request, I got a phone call and email back. Thank you Darragh

I got the impression that the staff could care less about me or why I was there. I wanted to buy a motorcycle or scooter. Whomever helped me lacked the knowledge to answer even basic questions and frankly, didnt seem to care. When I met his boss, I felt zero enthusiasm about the guys business (HE lacked enthusiasm).

1st time getting my aprilia serviced there. Good overall service and worth traveling away from SF and the overpriced rip off shops there who are not detailed on performing services to keep your bike in shape or you the rider safe. Safety concerns were addressed that other places missed and I actually felt confident riding away after paying for the service. Ill definitely return for the next scheduled maintenance on my bike.

They really dropped the ball on my bike, I brought it in for multiple issues and they did the one that took parts I thought I brought in (they were wrong fit) second, the shop didnt check the parts until the first issue was resolved, and when they finally did order replacements, they didnt order all the parts, assuming that a part of a Mana would fit another Aprilia. I get a call out of the blue that my bike wasnt finished and it needed to be picked up. Cashier wouldnt even talk about it, told me just to call them and find out. Workmanship was not up to snuff compared to other shops, Ive got nuts missing off the bolts that hold my turn signals on, really bad experience, would not recommend to enemies

I recently bought a 2019 Vespa GTS 300 from Darragh. After a few stops in the store and visits to other shops in the area, I decided to pull the trigger. Darragh was extremely helpful, not pushy, and professional. He knows his scooters! He did not try to upsell me on things that I do not need and made the process smooth and stress free. Good bike mechanics are like good doctors; its best to find one you can trust, because at some point your health may depend upon their expertise.Ive been taking my bike here since I moved to Berkeley four years ago, and I dont plan to ever go anywhere else. Darren, Darragh and any staff Ive encountered have always made me feel confident (and were patient with my endless questions) when making decisions about maintenance and parts for my commuter SV650.

Great folks, friendly and knowledgeable... Unfortunately the Aprilia brand is extra-bad when it comes to reliability. Electronics are the worst Ive seen. Even less reliable than my 72 XLCH, which really says something. So, if they ever get a reliable brand, or youre in the market for a scooter, give them a try.
