Drinks were delicious as usual! Only downfall is the customer service could be better. Ive been in customer service for 14 years, it is very important to me. I was greeted although it was a very much so, Im only greeting you because Im getting paid vibe!I feel like if you chose to do the application and accept employment with a place where your face to face with the public you should be for lack of better words, more friendly/ outgoing! 💙

This is my go to Starbucks in Oakley. Lively with people. Cops come in all the time. Workers are actually really busy. the lighting and atmosphere is the best. This is where you feel the town is drawing. Basically in downtown which has a nice feel with the bay next to it.

First and last time going to Oakley location. The girls weren’t doing nothing, just standing there and when I went to do my order they were acting so bothered and smart like If i knew the whole menu. I’m Sorry I needed time to get my whole order together when no one was behind me in line. When my hot chocolate was ready she said “here’s your hot chocolate” in a serious mood. But when she got a young gentleman’s order ready she announced it how she is suppose to announce it to every customers order.

The coffee is good but I am still on the fence about which coffee establishment I like better, Starbucks or Dutch Bros

I adore the employees they are so nice and they actually engage in conversation specifically Omar and Marisa. They really are the best! I always get what I ask for and in a timely manner.

I ordered the wrong drink, got half way to my destination, realized it needed to be sugar free. I was in a hurry, went back, totally expecting to pay for new drink. They replaced my drink and didnt charge me!!! Plus they were so polite and helpful. I love that Starbucks!

The sign clearly says 930pm for closing time, and I went around 9:15pm for a quick coffee beverage and the employee tells me that they were closed. Unless things have changed they should update the hour signage and update the information online. Could be that they wanted to get out for the night early or didnt want to prepare anything. They post money for tonight-- thats forsure. Slatten ranch Starbucks is better and will be going there from now on.

In this ocasion, the person taking the order seemed a little unhappy when taking my order. I dont know if it was because of my accent she did not take the order right. She seemed upset when she had to correct it at the time of paying.

Im a frequent flyer here. The people are so nice and they know their regulars. That makes all the difference when frequenting a business.

I will be back if in the area. Parking is easy and it is similar to all other Starbucks. A known quantity of your coffee and food that you can get.

The atmosphere is very nice here. Dark wood floors, clean, quiet and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They were out of honey (3rd time this week at 3 other Starbuck stores).(There is a GREAT Smokeshop next door too).

This Starbucks is slow. I always have to wait to place an order here even when there isnt a line. The drive-through isnt any better, as a matter of fact, its worse which is amazing because it looks as though most of the employees are working on the drive-through.

They are all the same, always full of moms that dont have a clue. The staff in most cases will make you loose your appetite, with their face full of tackle and unkempt hair. If you have your shots up to date and hate america, youll probably like it.

Its a nice place but like any other Starbucks not enough room to sit down and relax!

Worst Starbucks Ive Ever Been ToStopped by to get an iced coffee on a Saturday. A busy time, of course. The place was completely disorganized. One on cash register, one on barista. One taking drive-thru orders. One just STANDING THERE. The barista was buried. It took literally 20 minutes to get an iced coffee - and that was only after I complained.
