Cindy in the front office is rude and abrasive. Its not what someone says to you, but how they say it. She acted annoyed from the moment she answered the phone. This business should think hard about who they allow to answer the phone and interact with their customers. A few days prior I spoke with a young woman there who was kind and polite, she is who they should have answering their phone, not an angry bulldog. Cindy made it very clear that the Lowes clients are a second priority and they get worked in where they can. I have cancelled my service with them and reported them to the Lowes Extended Warranty department. We all have choices about who to give our business and money. I choose one who values their clients and treats them with respect. UPDATE: I just received a call from the owner and now I understand where the poor attitude comes from.

Mike, the technician, came to my house and repaired my stove. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Office staff was friendly and made the appointment to accommodate my schedule. Would highly recommend.

We called Goldman Appliance for service on our refrigerator and they came out and were very polite and professional. They fixed the problem quickly and were very knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone who needs appliance repairs.

They were amazing from the first phone call! I left a message and Phil called me back almost immediately, we diagnosed the issue over the phone he told me he would get back to me with pricing ect and that evening he called, part was ordered and when it came in they scheduled the service. Made appointment and they never showed. When I called to confirm to make sure I was still on the schedule they said the repair person spoke to a woman and said she wasnt available until 5. I never spoke to anyone. :( They wouldnt even try to schedule me again right away. Not taking another chance with them...went to another appliance repair.

Called numerous appliance repair places in Ocala and Palatka Florida. All I heard from them is we dont come to Salt Springs.Hard to Make America Great Again when companies wont even do their job. Some even advertised serving all of Marion County....NOT!.They sure come out here to the springs on the weekend though not a problem to make the drive then.But then I contacted GOLDMAN APPLIANCE REPAIR, said they could have a service guy out the next day.ALL THE EMPLOYEES I TALKED TO AND THE SERVICE TECH THAT SHOWED UP WERE GREAT AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.But now best part, got appliance working on my own. Tech showed up and graciously said No Problem, call us if you need anything!Thats how you run a company!Call them if you want true SERVICE!!!
