Went out to look at some canams after everyone I talked to told me I would have to wait for a 2022 Slingshot because they were all being special ordered. John helped us and after hearing what we had been through told me they had 2 in the show room. It had a sold sticker in it but he told us they other party had backed out of the deal.. my lucky day. As soon as we found out it was available for purchase we purchased it. John went over everything before we left the lot with our new 2021 Slingshot SL and we are enjoying modifying it. Our entire family has gotten involved and it’s a great thing for us all to bond around. Went to ride now to sell my Kawasaki Zx 636. I was met with Amy who was a salesperson. I explained to Amy what my intentions were and she advised me that she had a motorcycle that she feels I would like So she took me over to the Indian side and began showing me motorcycle along with John. We were there for approximately 6 hours and Amy continued to try to help. We left and returned the next day and Amy continue to fight for me to get the motorcycle I wanted. She is a true people person and a great salesperson because I was not intending on buying a motorcycle. Amazing dealership. A huge shout out to John R at the Indian store. He was extremely knowledgeable and super patient with us as we couldnt decide between the challenger and roadmaster. After several hours sitting on each one and researching all add ons, we decided on a beautiful crimson roadmaster limited. It fit our needs wanting to travel and being comfortable but with a modern sleek look. We will definitely shop there again requesting John.

Came in two time to look at a few bikes I was interested in picked one I liked sticker was right at 6k once I was finally got shoes the buyer note for the item it was marked up to over 8k In fees took over a hour to be even showed the sticker price. Never wanted to go with the lender I told they all the wanted to do was push a credit card once they finally went with the lender I told them to go with was told I needed to put down 2500 before they would even consider doing the lone 2500 in fees wouldn’t work with the price on the fees they lost a sell and a few more people I work with where going to get a bike there but not anymore they are out about 4 people that where going to shop there and now won’t poped them on a used bike that has a damaged frame that was repaired and still broken

Bought “GAP” insurance, they voided it after I left the dealer with the bike. They ripped me off. Then put gap back on there today without my signature or anything. Crazy how my gap now covers half the price I’m paying instead of it covering the whole loan. Crazy how I left voicemails and still haven’t gotten someone to give me a call back. Stay away from this place.

I traded a 2019 Harley Heritage in on a Kawasaki Versys 1000. The folks at Ocala RideNow were easy to deal with. Of course, I knew what I wanted so it was a quick and easy sale. I was a cash customer so I can’t speak to their financing. I was given a fair offer on my Harley and I didn’t really try to get them down on the sticker price of the Kawasaki. It was the bike I wanted and they had one. I’d buy from them again.

I bought my girlfriend a bike, which was the 4th bike that I purchased from them. My girlfriend who is 4-11 sat on the bike and couldnt touch the ground. The salesman said the bike could be lowered with a lowering kit so I purchased the kit and had it installed. She still couldnt touch the ground. The salesman should have told me a lowering kit could not get the bike lowered enough before I spent over $7000. I ended up having to trade the bike in for another one, which caused me to lose $900. I feel that the salesman was not concerned about her safety so long as he made the sale.

Wasnt planning on buying anything but I bumped into Kelton, Johnny, and Amy when I stopped by yesterday. Next thing ya know were laughing, joking, and planning on going to Hog Waller. Im definitely coming by to see all 3 of them soon. You guys have an awesome sales team.

John, Will, Andy, and Dan are absolute customer service Rockstars.TL;DR - 2 years ago I had the worst experience ever trying to purchase a bike cash on a Saturday here..Came back in to purchase some parts and a helmet on 9/14 and all of that changed.I had been looking for a new bike for a few weeks and while going through to parts my eye caught one but not in the color I was looking for. John (our salesman) walked me back to parts and struck up general bike conversation when I mentioned I am currently in the market for a new bike he asked me what kind etc I told him colors, specs and models. He took down my cell number and I figured that was the end of it, but I was wrong. He texted me that day with stock information on bikes in other locations and then finally that he was able to get the bike I was wanting delivered on the 15th. Went in 9/15 and bought it that night, had a fantastic experience with Will and Andy (finance office) both were very easy going and took their time walking the process out. Dan in parts was more than helpful the entire time I was ordering parts as well and even pointed me in the right direction with a safer and more cost effective helmet. I went back and bought a second one the next day.The experience I had this last week changed my mind completely about this Ride Now location. If not for John and Dan I’m not sure I would’ve been writing this review and deleting my old one.

John R sold me a Scout Bobber and the follow and a commutation was great. The only hassle was the wait time on the bike, but that is not RideNow Ocalas fault. I cant blame them for supply chain issues. That is the way of the world now. The parts department went the extra mile to find some parts that were hard to get as well.

We traded in a new Polaris high lifter and got the Can-Am Spyder. This is our third purchase from Ridenow and our second one dealing with John R and Will. We would not go anywhere else to purchase these items. The way we are treated by everyone is beyond excellent. John R even called us after we took possession to make sure we were happy and no problems. Will is also fantastic, makes sure deal is done right and we were satisfied. If you are looking for any “toys” this is the only place to go and ask for John R when you get there!

We have been looking for a XMR 1000R for awhile after dealing with several, less then pleasant dealers, we came to Ocala. dArcy did almost everything between phone calls, & emails to get us setup & the XMR ordered for us. Without us having to drive down. TY!! When it finally came in they were on the phone immediately to let us know & arrange a time when we would be there to pick it up. So we headed down & meet up with dArcy who passed us on to Dan? As this was outside internet sales. Both gentlemen were great!! As a matter of fact I did not,ONCE, meet a pushy-rude-hovering sales person the whole time we were there (3hr roughly) In fact most of the staff was so comfortable & really seemed to be enjoying their jobs instead of being there just for the cash. I would recommend Ocala!!6/14/2021Ive reduced my ratings because for the past 6wks we have received, non-stop, phone calls for training!!! When I contacted them they stated they were given our info by Ride Now which upsets me. I DO NOT give my info for ppl to sell, I gave it for credit reasons. Ive been dealing with them for about two years I had an Outlander that I bought with an extended warranty from a private person Ride Now continue to do the work and maintenance on it. I just recently bought a 2021 X3 XMR Turbo R R 4 seater from them. Every time Ive had anything worked on there I have dealt with Sharon in service is super awesome very pleasant to talk to. She even went up and beyond getting a part from another dealership that no one else has right now because its on backorder just to get me up and running for our trip that we were going on and bringing the sxs with. I purchased a used Honda Shadow from Ridenow. Be warned, there is zero transparency in their selling techniques. The bike I bought stickered at $2999. After they wrote up the sale the guy sat across the table from me and slid over paperwork that reflected a price of almost $4700. When I asked about the extra amount I was told that state law didnt allow them to itemize the amount. I called no joy. Im a firm believer in transparency on all dealings - if you are as well steer clear of Ridenow. Ultimately I purchased the bike but only after they finally - and begrudgingly - agreed to a lower price. I wont go back there.

Bought 13 tires  for Yamaha S-Max.Took 2 weeks because they killed my battery, left it out back with key on all night and had to order a new one. Noticed bike was shaking on 1st ride after service. Asked if they balanced wheels. Told me they used metal weights to balance. Looked at wheels, 5 year old weights still in same spot, so they never removed weights when installing new tires. Took bike in, they were to put beads because now they state they only balance with beads, never with weights. Told bike is ready. Front weight removed. Original rear weights still on! Asked for manager. They took bike in again, remove weights. Bike still shakes. They lied about each step. Never going here again for service. F this place.

Johnny took excellent care of us. He kept us notified as inventory came into stock, as availability has been scarce. Went over the operation of the CanAm 800R and delivered a clean vehicle with a full tank of gas.We are extremely happy with our purchase.

I originally called about a watercraft and spoke with Clayton and he was very nice on the phone. When I got to the dealership I met with Clayton and he introduced me to our sales guy Danny. He was very nice and was helpful but also very attentive. He talked to me respectfully and continually asked if I needed anything or if I had any questions. He also made sure if he had to step away that I had someone to talk with in case I had any questions or concerns. Everyone was nice and courteous throughout our entire time at the dealership

Drove almost an hour to check seat height on a bike I was interested in. I was upfront about not being in a position to buy, especially after trying a couple years ago and having an awful experience at another place.John R, or Big John as hes known, was totally cool with answering some questions. Then I saw the W800 they had on display. It wasnt the bike I was looking for initially but it was on my list. They had it on a tremendous markdown and I was bummed I didnt have even a down payment I could offer.John simply asked, Whats stopping you from just trying? I promise itll only get run once and Im gonna do my best to make it happen. with zero pressure.Amazingly they found a financier and were even able to put some gear on the ticket as I was literally not planning on getting a bike till late 2021.I couldnt be happier with the service, the professionalism, or the bike. And with the warranty package theyre even gonna come get it so I dont have to ride all the way over there each service. Pure gold.
