I have so many good things to say about this company. I had two sun setter awnings up north before moving here, We had such a good experience I thought I would go with them again when we decided to go with one here in Florida.We weren’t disappointed! The whole experience was awesome, the installers were amazing, answered all my questions and was very friendly and professional (Thanks Kurt and James!!)They were very fast but complete in the installation of our awning! Kurt & James just installed my new SunSetter awning! They were incredible. My installation wasnt typical. I have an aluminum screened-in porch that the awning needed to be mounted to. In order for it to be secure, an additional aluminum beam needed to be fashioned. The final result was beautiful.They took their time explaining & demonstrating all the functions of the awning. I am extremely pleased with their professional expertise.

I cant say enough good things about Authority Home Solutions (AHS)!!Chris and the team were courteous and very helpful and delivery wasfast! They helped us with our first SunSetter rollup Awning and now delivered us 3 rollup SunSetter shades last month. We live on a lake with west facing windows in our living room. The SunSetter shades Chris recommended us have drastically reduced our afternoon temperature in our living room by almost 20 degrees! We are very satisfied with our SunSetter Awning as well as our experience with Authority Home Solutions. Kurt and James did our installation. They arrived on time and went right to work. They were very organized and knowledgeable. While putting up the awning, we asked many questions that they answered while still continuing to complete the installation. Total time was under two hours. After the installation they gave us a presentation on care and use. Before leaving they c;leaned up the work area. We were extremely happy with these two guys. One of the questions we asked was about the LED lighting, and after a short conversation we scheduled installation. Again, they came on time and went right to work. The lights are great. They give a perfect amount of light under the awning. The lights can also be dimmed and operate off the same remote as the awning. Totally satisfied!

Kurt and James installed our 17 ft sun setter today. We’re sitting under it watching the sunset on the Gulf in Cedar Key. Wow. Great installers. Not only were Kurt and James early for their appointment but they were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Kurt tested our existing motor (shot), installed the new motor, lubed the main roller, leveled the outer bar, adjusted the arms, and convinced us to add a wind sensor. Finally he tested everything one last time to make sure all was in order. Nice to do business with a company with knowledgeable employees.

Authority Home Solutions installed motorized Fenetex hurricane screens on my lanai that cover 6 openings - several of which are at the extreme end of their width capability. After 6 months of installation I am finding that these screens not only meet my expectations but are finding more use in everyday application like sun shading and helping to knock down a little wind on a breezy day. The screens have worn well without fading or sagging (of course 6 months isnt a long time, but Ive seen some products fade after one summer in Floridas intense sun).Authority Home Solutions was a solid dealer and installer to work with in this application. From their very knowledgeable sales staff to their experienced and capable installation staff all interactions with Authority Home Solutions were extremely customer-centric, courteous, and very professional. I gave them a very challenging design/fabricate/install schedule and they met it. When there was a shipping problem from Sun Setters end, Lydia got on the phone and connected with someone who could make things happen and it was smooth sailing after that. Kurt and Kerry were great. Ordered our awning from our sale representative Scot on November 14th and told approximately the 1st week of December for installation. Got a call that the awning was in and could install on November 26th. Just 12 days after ordering. Great company and fantastic installation by Kurt and James. Definitely a 5 star rating.

Authority Home Solutions has installed and serviced as needed 5 Sunsetter awnings of varying sizes all around my home over the last six years. The awnings are wonderful, I use them everyday to provide sun protection to me and some of my plants. If any issues arise they are quick to respond and resolve what is needed. I have recommended Authority Home Solutions and the Sunsetter awnings to several people in my community, who have also been completely pleased with the results and service.

This project went well, final installation took less than 2 hours and Kurt and Kerry the installation technicians really know their craft and are very personable. The Sunsetter Awning looks great and will provide needed shade on the days needed.

Kurt and Kerry installed my Sunsetter Awning today and did a beautiful job. They worked together fast and efficiently to get the awning up and working. They fully explained the operation of it to me and cleaned up everything before leaving my home.

So far, Very poor customer service. I had motorized screen enclosures installed in April 2016. Our blinds were made by Eclipse, They are very loose and baggy. They flop in the wind. They should be tight and taut. We even had a rep from Eclipse come out and look at them. After several calls to Home authority solutions and also the rep from Eclipse we keep getting the run around. We cannot get a answer on what is being done to make the blinds right. I would give them a F for customer service. It is now June and still no resolution. Going to start looking into my legal options.

Had some challenges with the electrical services I contracted, but exceptional product installation by Kurt and James.

Kurt and Kerry were here on time, they did an excellent job repairing the problem with e-z shade and, in fact, took it apart several times until it was re-installed perfectly. They also noticed a problem with my 20 Sunsetter Awning which I had not noticed. Even though it was not what they came to fix, they pointed out the problem, took the awning down and fixed the problem, which saved me another service call and possible damage to my awning. They did a great job for me, were very knowledgeable and I highly recommend Authority Home Solutions and especially Kurt and Kerry

Had a new extra awning installed with lights, Kurt and Kerry did a great job.

We have an Eclipse Awning that was installed 4 years ago. Last week I noticed that it seemed to be lower on one side when extended. Upon further investigation, I found that two of the bolts had become loose and would not tighten. These bolts are supposed to anchor our awning onto our poured cement home. Kurt and James arrived on time and began a reinstallation of our awning. After removing the awning and reintalling two mounting brackets, they found tht they needed more manpower to reinstall the awning (unlike most awnings, the Eclipse is not made of aluminum and is very heavy.) They returned later the same day, as promised with Scott and worked in the light rain to complete the repair.Thanks guys, great job!

I had to make a slight change in the location and they were supper about accommodating the change. They made sure I understood how to opperate the shade and the adjustments I ccould make 5 stars!
