Called ICandy Designz and spoke with Javier, who was great and answered my numerous questions. At the appointment I spoke with Larry, who installed the tint. Larry is very interested in customer satisfaction and after a 15 minute discussion, I ended up tinting the car legal, which comes with a great warranty. Coming from Indiana, I didn’t know tint lasts a little less because of the hot environment. A great small business, they also do vehicle wraps, shirts Etc. They treat people the right way!

I dont know that anyone has the time to read all of the awesome things I have to say about this place . . Seriously. My first interaction with Carl was via email and all I needed was a poster sized photo printed. He treated me as if I was a top notch quality customer, even though I was only a $25 or so paying customer. It was no surprise when we got a new car, they came to mind about getting some vinyl added. We started off with the Tint, which is flawless and very competitively priced. Then he worked with me for weeks.... I was without a doubt annoyingly overwhelming at times, but he NEVER ceased to treat me like I was family. He literally guided me every step of the way. I finally made a decision and got our project done today....and I cant wait for the next. These guys seriously are top notch and I wouldnt go anywhere else, without a doubt, EVER if I need something. Major kudos to this crew.... I also had the pleasure of meeting Steve today, the owner, and he is just as down to earth and happy to make a customer happy. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

ICandy did a fantastic job on my Hellcat Superstock. They did graphics on both sides, the hood, the roof, and the sunroof. Graphics look unbelievable and the customer service was terrific. I fully recommend them to anyone wanting A1 service.

I had a bad experience and would not recommend doing business with them. They installed stripes on my car, did a bait and switch and charged me more money than initially quoted, and blamed 3M, the product manufacturer for lack of experience and poor quality workmanship when I came back to discuss the problems of their job. Their representative agreed there was a problem. They made promises to make things right but continuously stalled and excuses. I approached them 3 times and they failed to follow thru leaving me paying for a job poorly done without standing behind their work offering no remedies. I paid a premium price for a premium product and they did not have the expertise to do it properly nor stand behind it. There is much more reliable graphic installers in town at competitive prices and I would recommend going to them.

ICandy does great work! The difference is in the details. Steve and the team take the time to make sure the details are correct the first time. The products they use are top notch and the high quality service make this a 5 Star Company in my book!

Amazing customer service..Professional service and reasonable cost is a hallmark of this business. I needed a t-shirt with a photo and quotes. They sent artwork for approval that day; I approved then asked for a change. I once again approved and then needed a change. The response was always a “no problem”. Shirt was ready within 48 hrs, even with 2 changes to art work. Considerate, professional and patient from beginning to end. If you need design work done, look no more, you’ve found the best.
