I’m giving this place a 4 bcuz I don’t know much of it. However my son went in for an interview and was hired (side job) and it’s a cool place to work & they offer great pay benefits. My son worked one day and decided this company wasn’t for him. He had too sit throughout his entire shift and he wasn’t feeling that much but what bothered him the most was that he witnessed this company throw out tons and tons of water away if a case of sealed water touched the floor or was packaged incorrectly it would go down the drain and thrown away! I understand protocol and procedures policies etc. but the company could put that water for its employees to drink in the break room or give to homeless shelters etc Many other companies do. My other son is a laboratory technician for another beverage company and his company doesn’t throw away their product if it packaged wrong etc if the Product isn’t contaminated it doesn’t go to waste. Other then that one issue I guess this company is ok.

Been here twice. Both live load(s); once busy, last time, I was the only one. Both times, they loaded me quick. Getting a dock was fairly quick also. Sorta tight, when contending with other drivers; but very do-able. One way in, and one way out, which helps. Well run, and forklift drivers know what they are doing.

In and out in less than 2hrs. Doors 1,2,3 doable,all other doors easy to park. Vending machines in office.

Fcfs usually 5 trucks ahead before you check in..loading was pretty quick but lot is small for how much traffic there is

What are the craziest places that Ive ever delivered to picked up from. But I like it. A little hard to find. But the backing up situation is amazing the close quarterbacking at this place will make you a pro

I was there for five hours and still didnt get loaded cause they refuse my trailer

Fast loading less than 2hours. Good compared to other water plants.

Trucks were lined up in the street but only took two hours to load

People were nice. They screwed up my load, had to unload and reload. Didnt take to long.

Long wait loading time very little stage area parking.

In and out in hour watch the weight though

1 star today, either need more help during water season or better help.Come super early or really late. Thats your best bet to get in and out.

Please please have your pu#. If so youll be in and out within 90 mins if not quicker. The night shipping crew was friendly and patient with me while I was waiting on the broker to call me with my info. PU # or order # will get you in and out.

Make sure to bring your own pen, or they will try to charge you $4 dollars for one. And the staff is rude they will treat you as garbage.

Mmmmmmhmm maybe good production maybe good products... but I think the way they treat the workers they only thing they get is a Christmas bonus are end-of-the-year bonus thats about it just saying you got to be straight up with people.. O by the way you get appreciation water 20 cases miss 2 months

I have been working at Silver Springs for 13 years! We keep at tight check on what we are producing! QC checks every hour and on all product changes! Quality is our goal!! This is a great company that cares about there employees and our product!! I’m offended by uneducated opinion about what we do!!

As a truck driver they were quick about getting me in and out, and in the days of being constantly pushed by a darn time clock. They were great.

Slow unloading2hours..years ago..45 minutes tops..Every place i go...some reason takes hours to unload..unload the truck..put product on ur dock..sign bols..let me go..Put product away after i leave..very simple..if you wanna take 4 hours to put everything away..more power to you..

Silver springs water is a great place plenty of room for drivers to back. Becareful going at night you cant see the number of bays you backing in. They take a while loading but they will load you up. There short staff in the warehouse. No overnight parking...

As a truck driver, this place wasnt bad to pick up easy check in, fast loading just be aware that docks 1,2,3 is little hard to back up if you dont know how to do blind side parking

Folks are very friendly and professional. Quick dock assignment and loading. Clean restrooms and nice wide area to safely back into the dock. I always enjoy coming here.

Plenty of space to maneuver! 2 hrs to get to door plus 1- 2hrs waiting in dock before starting to offload. 😏🤷‍♂️

Will get busy, but well organized. They get you in and out as fast anyone.

Not too bad. Usually get you loaded and rolling in about an hour once you get in a door. Can be quite a backup getting a door assigned to you in the summer though when everyone is drinking tons of water.

Cant tell no lies but them guys are awesone,, 40 min in and out loading and checkin in together 👍👍👍👍 doors 1,2,3 blind side but not imposs 👍👍

I am a driver and I pick up water there for C&S Wholesale Distributors to in Baldwin Jacksonville I simply noticed they have improved their break room new machines dispensers making a larger parking area for our trailers improvements I just hope they also improve their employees pay check

Backing up to the dock could be a struggle if other trucks are there. Otherwise youre in and out....

I purchased a case at my local Walmart and they smelled of mildew. So gross!

The most unorganized operation Ive ever seen. They accumulate alot of waste,bottles, water, cardboard, etc. Machines not maintain leading to excessive downtime. Safety is not taken seriously. I ment one star not two!
