Bought new tires here and after 6 weeks I got a screw in one. They tightened the lug nuts so tight on the new tires so tightly that two of the lug nuts stripped trying to get them off. I tried calling them several times - the phone just rang or in one instance they picked up and just kept discussing their schedule and ignored me on the phone for 10 minutes. A woman finally asked me if I was being served and I tried to tell her what was wrong but she went back to talking with the staff. I hung up and called back and it was busy for the next 15 minutes. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.

Reasonable prices and they do a good job mounting and balancing tires.This tire store sells most major brand tires and some private label brands as well that are manufactured by those big brand names.This is also a good place to go for mantinence as well, for example brakes oil changes shocks springs tune ups and more.Bottom line for me is my tires dont shake and the staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable.I will be a return customer in the future.

My wheels and tires were brought to Highspeed Tire by another local shop to be mounted, balanced, and new sensors installed. I received my wheels back from the third party shop and realized they were mounted BACKWARDS, with no wheel sensors. The tires were never balanced. I drove my truck to Highspeed Tire in Belleview after learning from the third party shop that they were the ones to mount the tires to the rims. After speaking with the technician at Highspeed Tire, he told me my wheels and tires were balanced from the inside of the rim. I spoke with the technician a little longer explaining who dropped my wheels off and the work that was supposed to take place. He asked me to contact the shop that I went to and, as we were talking, the third party shop owner happened to show up, dropping off more business. After the technician and the third party shop owner exchanged words, the technician finally came clean and said he never balanced the tires because the other shop owner told him not to. The technician also admitted to mounting them backwards because that’s how the third party shop likes them (which is a lie). I asked him to please dismount and remount the tires the correct way, install sensors and balance. I asked the technician if this could all be done without scratching my wheels (they are 26x14 Chrome rims with a 35” mud tire). With that being said, they are very heavy. He assured me that he can do the job without scratching the rims. My truck stayed at his shop for over 5 hours. Once I picked up the truck, I only checked the right side wheels because the technicians were still working on the left side. Once I got home, I inspected all wheels and noticed a big gouge to the driver rear rim. I took pictures immediately. I drove to Highspeed Tire the next business day where I confronted the installer and asked him to look at my rim. Before he could even see the gouge, he started denying it was him. He kept saying his equipment has nothing that could gouge a rim. We got into a very heated conversation and I was asked to leave and the manager would call me. I never received a call so I called the owner’s personal cell phone. The owner answered the phone and actually flat out DENIED being the shop owner, TWICE. He then finally proceeded to tell me that he was an owner but his wife runs the show and what she says goes. I finally was able to reach his wife which tried denying that his technician gouged my wheel by saying “He knows what he’s doing”. I sent her pictures of the wheel and asked her to check the security footage. She called me back and said that I am no longer allowed on the property and that she will not cover any damages! I’m assuming she saw the footage of her technician gouging my rim and also saw another technician putting lug nuts on backwards on another customer’s car… yet, she falsely claims her technicians know what they’re doing. LOL. So, I ended up spending an extra $300 to have my wheels mounted, balanced, and sensors installed the correct way to fix this horrible company’s previous mistake, only to have my rim damaged in the process. I was told I could not be provided a receipt for the work because I was paying cash.

The best part of our ordeal which started at 11:30am with our camper having a blowout finally finding 4 new tires we called highspeed tire. I wish i could remember the girls name (the owner i think) but she said bring it in and they could put them on for us. We showed up and the guy in the shop said he had 6 before us (i dont know his name either) as it had started to downpour so bad there was a river of water running down the front of the garage he said look give me a few mins and he would put the tires on for us .....time 5:15pm they closed at 5:30. I know this is very long but the gratitude i have i am at a loss for words to describe our appreciation. Service is one thing but the owner and the man who did our tires it was way more than just service and doing their job, they truly seen someone who needed their help and they went out of their way in the pouring down rain to do this for us....even helped back me out onto the highway. I just want to say thank you again for being really great to us God Bless you all....

Wrong place to set up any appointments.. the lady on the front deck dont know anything after setting up my appointment told me to come in then 15 min later when I got there told me she didnt have anyone to do my alinment. After she told me to come in. Ive tryed 4 to 5 times to set up a appointment.. no reliable from what I see. I wouldnt ever recommend anyone to go there unless they get someone that knows her job. And not wast other ppls time..

0/10 recommend as a returning customer. They broke every security key on my car tires and could not/would not fix it. Would not acknowledge they made a mistake. The manager was very rude and completely unhelpful in every way, the owner was no better. Had to take the car, broken without them even completing the job we had paid for, to a different place. $250 later we paid ourselves out of pocket to fix their mistakes. No refund, no apology. Would not recommend to anyone. Take your vehicle somewhere where things are done right and customers are actually valued and respected. The response when my car was damaged: This happens all the time. Not how a business should ever be run.

I took my 1999 Jeep for 4 tires to be put on. I took my tires and they installed all 4 and balanced for a very very good price. The lady at the front desk was very nice and took care of my install very quick as the shop was busy at the time I went. Of all the tire shops I called that day Highspeed Tire was the only shop that said bring it in we can do it. The technicians that preformed the service were very nice and professional I was very pleased. I did not see any of said ratings of poor service at this shop they are 10 Star service in all my years of doing repairs.I highly recommend this shop and will use them in the future..

I was expecting good service based on all the positive reviews. I don’t ever leave comments on anything, but the manager was extremely rude. They did a terrible job on my car and just disregarded my concerns when I brought them up. Worst experience ever.

First time there good people

We brought my daughters first car here so she could get new tires. She only had enough money for two. She was going to get the other two next week after she got paid. These wonderful people refused to let her drive off with two bad tires. So they put all four on and told her to come in next week to pay for the other ones. You dont see this kind of service too many places anymore. I was overwhelmed with the kindness shown by these kind folks. This will definitely be our go to tire shop from now on and I would highly recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you all again for everything. You let my girl know that theres still good people in this world. And I forgot to mention that the tires were very reasonably priced also.

Got my used tires here. They were quick and the lady at the front desk was awesome. She is so friendly. Even though she was busy it didnt stop her from answering my stupid questions about pricing on different repair jobs for my car.

These people are RUDE, bought tires from them and caught a nail not even 24 hours later, I went back to see if they would fix it for me and they wanted to charge me 25$ on-top of buying NEW tires! The lady is rude and didnt want to hear anything I had to say ! I even overheard her in the shop ! Talking about how people want things for free all the time ! and how dare I come in and try to ask about getting my tire repaired for free ! I can understand if I didnt buy NEW tires but 400+ on new tires and it was just bad luck ! this place used to be good I dont know what happened !! I wont be returning even for my free rotations SMFH

Called the business owner on Saturday told her after I purchased the tire my car started shaking. She said bring it in to get it checked out. Went in and was disrespected by one of her mechanics. Calling me corny because I was trying to get a free tire from them. Mind you I bought 4 used tires from them costing me $200. + tax but I was trying to get a free tire from them. I will tell you NEVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE FROM HIGHSPEED TIRE GROUP. I hope u all can sleep at night with how you sold me tthat tire. Bought a set of wheels and tires a for $1300 they overtighten my lug nuts and ended crossthreaded them they didint want to fix the problem. Started making excuses that I took it somewhere else or I did it my self and the werent going to fix it unless I paid them $ money.Never went back been buying my wheels now from rent and roll and no problems.

Good service been going for years now

Had a tire they said they fixed. The next day same tire flat. Took it back they first said they fixed a different tire which was untrue then after doing a shabby job and missing a nail in the tire charged me a second time to fix the same tire. Employees are rude and the lady at the front as well . Told them I wont be back. The ladys response was okay. And just smiled. Very unprofessional, rude and complete crooks. Save your self a headache and go anywhere else.
