Service was adequate, price was reasonable and I was in and out in a timely manner.However, when the worker asked me if I had been there before, I said no and he handed me a clipboard with some pieces of paper.He asked me for name, phone, address and email (as well as car info) to be able to service my vehicle. He said he needed to create a new account and needed all that information. He made it seem like it was mandatory.Ive never had to provide such amount of information just to get and oil change. I provided only my name and all fake info for the rest.That wasnt even the biggest problem. The clipboard he handed me had, Im guessing, all the days new client information.I had in my hands, at my disposal, the names, addresses, phones, email and car information of at least 10 clients who had given this information to the shop.This is extremely irresponsible and Im pretty sure illegal, or at least negligent use of sensitive information.I do not recommend you go to this location until they take serious steps to educate and train their staff on handling private information.

Absolutely wonderful staff. I came in for an oil change because my lights kept coming on, staff then realized the last time I got an oil change elsewhere the mechanic forgot to reset my lights and system! They were very kind and told me this and didnt charge me, they checked my vehicle for free and was very helpful. I definitely recommend this place for everyone, way better than Walmart or anywhere else for car help.

I use jiffy lube in Naples Fl. I supply my own filter and oil. Because I use a OEM filter and mobile 1 extended performance oil. Never Nad a problem at the Naples location. But for some reason the Ocala location wont warranty their work if you supply your own filter and oil. Went down the road to take 5 had to sit in line behind 5 cars. I was the only car at Ocala Jiffy lube. Wonder why that could be. Plus Take 5 was half the price I pay at Jiffy lube.

We have a fleet account....It is not OK to replace wipers and air filters without informing the customer- regardless of who is paying for the service.$160 for an oil change,air.filter and wipers?NO WAY - J LUBE !!!Yall can LUBE yourselves not me !!!!And to top it off they didnt check the tires, top off the fluids, vacuum or clean the side windows...like they always have in the past!!!This place has a NEW crew every time Ive gone there and sadly...the service is suffering.I believe it may be just time to find another place..

Went in on 09/05/2020 for oil change and to check fluids in my car. Service was done and I left. Three days later, my car is overheating as Im riding down the road. The next day, I have to have my car towed back to them. About 20 minutes after the tow driver dropped me off, tech come to me and says that my radiator cap is not closing properly so I needed a new one. Four hours late and Im asking a technician whats going on with my car. Im told that the district manager would like to speak with me on the phone, he explained to me that I had a cracked head gasket and its not Jiffy lubes fault. How? I brought my car in four days ago to be service, yall did a radiator flush and other services. I did not get under the hood of my car and touch anything. I know nothing about cars, thats why I am here to get it serviced. So what am I to do? All the district manager could say was it wasnt jiffy lubes fault. One of the technician said he wanted to tell me but they, whoever that should be, wouldnt let him tell me. So I had to pay again to tow my car back to the dealership where I purchased the car, six months ago, and his service tech check my car out and said my motor is completely fried. I need a whole new motor. Oh, and before I forget, when I first had my car towed to them, my car did start. By the time I had it towed to the dealer, my car wouldnt even start. Nothing. So I advise anyone, AVOID THIS PLACE. They will mess up your car with the unskilled, uneducated, and very unprofessional staff they havent this location. I wouldnt trust them to do a simple windshield wiper install. They might mess that up. Just go somewhere else if you still want to be able to drive your car.

They gave me information about what they were doing or suggesting and why they were doing or suggesting it.Any other oil change I have had was just a neutral or annoying experience, but at Jiffy Lube it was a pleasant experience! Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and seemed like they cared about the guest experience.

I went to Jiffy Lube to have work done on my AC and have an oil change. I was very happy with the manager and the techs as they were so attentive to what I needed in the AC unit (not needing a complete re-charge as I thought was needed). It was a great time of the day to go there (Tues at 2 pm) . They have additional detail service provided along with servicing my car (cleaning my windows, vacuuming my car.) They even found a clip to my passenger side wiper blade that had come off and they put it back on-I didnt even know it was missing or had come off. In all, this was a great day for me at Jiffy Lube, I now have AC working great!

Not worth the price. Staff friendly but complimentary work, like vacuuming, cleaning windows,etc terrible. Way overpriced... Do not recommend. 80 dollars for 5 quarts blended oil and this was with 15 dollar off coupon. 😡

The service is fine but the attitude is like all customers are bugging them-I am not sure if they are over worked, need a receptionist, or just rude...just not very welcoming, but got oil done at a good price and left.

Traveling from Virginia to Florida and my van started having problems. I stopped here to get it looked at 15 minutes before closing and these guys (Devin I believe his name was and the mechanic) were amazing at helping me. These men made sure I was okay to travel to my destination and back home. They deserve more than 5 stars!

All the employees are professional, helpful, polite and friendly. You drive your vehicle up and then go to the waiting room (while they drive your vehicle into one of the bays). The waiting room has comfy chairs, coffee, a big screen TV, restrooms and large windows so you can watch them work. Prices are competitive. The whole experience is exceptional and sets a higher standard for the industry.

Stopped by for an oil change..the GM dealer was booked till next week...they didnt explain the prices...it was a 8 quart system...it needed the air filter changed ...she did say it was $ 23.00...anyway..the total bill was $ 160. Dollars...the local Gm dealer only charged me $ 69.00 the last time i was there. .and they rotated the tires...what a rip...i can still feel the pain..

Horrible service. It took over an hour and I was the only car in for service. Watched them spill fluids all over my engine bay and they proceeded to not clean them up after. Oil all over the underside ofmy car and didn’t they didn’t secure my protection plate under the engine properly so once I got home it had already been dragging on the ground for a while and got destroyed. Overall terrible experience would never recommend going there, especially when you have to pay $90 for an oil change. Walmart has much better prices and will do a much better job!!!

I have used Jiffy Lube when I lived in PA. Decided to try them here in Ocala since I just moved to the area. EXCELLENT service today on my wifes car. Oil/Filter change and tire rotation in under 30 minutes. Can not get this kind of service from a automobile dealer. Anthony & Jean did the work very professionally. Will be back for next oil change...

This was such a bad Experience Thanks Zach, He needs to learn customer service he seemed Annoyed when i pulled in at 3:21pm to try to get a oil change for my Corrolla, and the first thing he told me when i pulled if i could come back another day because he was closing i told him i thought it was at 4pm and he told me that he would give me a 10 dollar discount if i could just come back, i told him i couldnt because i was with my family and i really need it the service he got upset and told me that syntectic oil was $ 100 dollars gave me a hard time very rude so i just left i dont need. this type of service especially when am with my small kids in my car thats very unacceptable and this place was recommended to me from friends and family very disappointed with Zach if he is the Manager hes standard should be the example to hes colleagues that actually wanted to help me i know Jiffylube has higher standard and i wont let one employee destroy the great jiffy lube name if he does not want to help the paying customers than Quit.

Overpriced! The initial price for a plain oil change is too high. With a coupon after they added stuff on, it turned out to be the same price without a coupon.It was quick because no one else was there.Went by several times and there was never any cars inside or out.Ripoff! There are waay more decent places that are reasonably priced.

I went to get my oil changed and noticed a couple days later I was leaking oil. I took it back to be checked and they said they fixed the problem. Well now my car constantly leaks oil and seems no one can fix it! I never had any issues before this happened! Turns out they put some type of glue around a bolt for a quick fix!

Service was average compared to other competitors in the area but all the seats in the waiting area where very uncomfortable. There was 4 other customers and we all agreed the seats need to be replaced..Make you think if they dont care about the quality of the customers seats what else are they cutting quality on ( parts / oil ? ) .

I had a great experience here! I called before I went and got prices, and asked about wait time. I spoke to Lawrence who was very professional and answered all of my questions. When I got there, I once again spoke with Lawrence and he immediately got me started. The entire experience only took 25 minutes! I got an oil change, and like most places they checked fluids, filled up tires, cleaned windows, vacuumed floors etc. The oil change price was already reasonable but I found a coupon on the jiffy lube site so it cost me even less. I will be coming here from now on for all of my car maintenance needs.

Disappointed... went for an alignment there for 2 hours... had to go back to get it done again as well as the wheels and tires balanced again ... and you guessed it wheels still vibrate and the truck still pulls... not as bad bit it doesnt track straight... they are very friendly and personable dont het me wrong... but I wouldnt recommend this place unfortunately needing two go back several times just is not acceptable

One of the worst place to get a oil change, I had oil change - they didnt change my oil and they toke money I had in my car, didnt notice they toke untill I had to pay gas a week later. Ill never go back to this place and recommend it either stay clear of this jiffy lube.

Who knew the best customer service experience I would ever have would be at jiffy lube. Earlier today I had to go to a repair shop for some auto maintenance and I had the worst experience with an auto shop that Ive ever encountered. My day was ruined until I went to go get my oil changed. And thanl goodness I decided to come here to jiffy lube on hwy 200 and met Brandon, Curtis, Billy, and Teddy the best kind of pit crew Ive ever dealt with. Me and my buddy Rick were both treated like valued customers and actually didnt mind hanging around until the oil change was done because it was so quick I honestly didnt feel like leaving yet ! Haha. Great guys . Good service . You wont regret getting your oil changed at this jiffy lube .

This is a tough one... new facility & young staff. But they are trying to make themselves a business people want to return too. With that said - prices are high, facility new/clean, wait times little or none, prices clear- not clear.... ask if you are not sure.

Stood at the counter for five minutes and was never acknowledged so i left. Guess they dont need the business so Ill take it to one of the other dozen quick change places on 200. I could hear a woman talking in the office. Tuesday at 6pm there was one other customer. No excuses, or bad customer service.

DO NOT go to this location, for one yes professional. Two assistant manager promised itd be done in 2hrs or less or it was free( with out first really looking at vehicle), still did not keep 2hr timeline . Took 4 ish and i didnt even say anything to manager about the aforementioned 2hr promise. ( i actually let the assistant know how he should handle in the future to avoid possible confusion). Three (semantics all you want Mike Russo ) blacked out teeth mechanics word is nothing if he wont take responsibility for his work and same goes for you sir. They did give me a solution in an emergency situation where i dont have brakes mind you. Drive 109 miles to nearest shop then tactfully told me deal with it, best i can do. Oh and this is the second time its happened. SAME EXACT ISSUE, after this place worked on my truck next before.

Stopped in today because the sign by the road said 24.99 oil change. The guy said to go into the lobby and he would check me in. Well he pulls my car in and drains it before ever talking to me and comes in and goes itll be 55 $. I said um no your sign says 2499 and hes like well thats a special for tires. I told him to just give me my car back and he keeps trying to sell me this 55 dollar oil change. The whole experience just felt lime a scam

Was never offered a price or options in oil change. They assumed I wanted the Most expensive. They did not let me know, until they were already half way done and by then it was to late to stop them. Never going back. Seems to be a common thing there.

Thanks to all the guys for the great service.*Update* Took our class C motorhome in to SW 200 Jiffy Lube yesterday for oil change and overall check before our Summer trip and the service was topnotch. All the staff are helpful and very friendly...both Flavio and Kris went out of their way to help us on both our visits. We plan on making this Jiffy Lube our go to location for for our vehicles routine maintenance.
