Unreliable. Made many promises, kept only a few. Dont believe them, they were an embarrassament. Took them three attempts to get a straight line on the tile. Carpet installers did not reattach closet doors. Installed baseboards unevenly twice. One week job took 8 weeks before they got things right and the owner showed no class after the hassle just to have them do a substandard job. Shop around, dont waste your time here.

Their selection is great. We spoke with Mr. Penn himself which was really nice from a customer service standpoint. They were really knowledgeable and seemed way more honest and organized than the other 3 places we looked at. I would definitely recommend.

My wife and i decided to use Penn flooring for almost a whole house floor install ..I would recommend these guys to anyone ...TJ took care of us from start to finish ..Andrew and his son did the install .then Gabriel finished the carpet tucking ...everything was perfect ..i would not mess with anyone else ..these guys are the ones .thank you for such an easy transition ..

We moved to Florida from Ohio & live in the Silver Springs Shores area. This was our first time dealing with Penn Flooring. We saw that they are a family owned business & thought they would be good to work with & we were right. We really like our new floors. They look great. There was a small issue with the caulking but they sent someone out right away to take care of it. I would recommend Penn to anyone. You will not be disappointed.
