Cute little place in town! Decent prices. I was looking for maternity cloths and I ended up buying them from here.

Amazing store, you want perfect condition for used childrens clothing, toys, baby essentials like tubs, gates, cribs, pampers, and other small childrens furniture items you need not look any further. The store is clean, huge selection and priced the way youd think 2nd hand shopping should. The only place I go for my 3 girls. And the employees are always kind, helpful and pleasant no matter who is working that day.

It is a good place for childrens clothes, toys, books, bedding, cribs, bathing tubs and car seats. From newborns to around six years of age. Things are in tremendous condition and in sizes.

Great place for gently used kids toys, clothes, books, games, and movies. They do consignment and the owners are great people. I take my daughters used things and she gets to use the money to buy new things, she loves it!

Lots of stuff and pretty good prices. Well be back!

Great people and even greater selection. When I first walked in I thought wow this place is super small, but low and behold a helpful employee showed me how to go “up the ramp” and there was an even bigger selection! Love this store and will definitely be back!

Friendly staff, practically no parking because theres only a few an how its set up makes it to were backing up out the spot takes forever with all the traffic behind you. Again friendly staff though.

This is my new favorite place! I had a great experience! The prices were great, good quality organized products, clean store (this is important to me, this was the cleanest baby consignment store I have been in 😊👌) and the staff is super friendly. The customer service was absolutely excellent! Since the service was so great, I decided to start consigning with them. They only accept good looking, well taken care of items, nothing with rips or stains, so you know you are getting good quality items for your children! I highly recommend this shop and will be mainly working with them from now on! I cant wait to go back. When I consign, I let me son pick out what he wants. We enjoy trading here. -One Happy Customer

I got some great deals on baby clothes today! They have onesies for $1 and they all appear to be new, not one was stained or faded. They have a huge selection of everything kid, baby, and maternity. I also saw great deals on nursery and cold bedroom furniture that seemed to be in perfect condition. Ill be going back for sure!

Love this consignment shop. Everything is in great condition. I like to come when I have a day off with my kids, I can bring in consignment items while my kids browse for their next treasure. They love knowing what my account balance is helps motivate them to bring more stuff in. Natasha (I hope that is right) is super helpful and friendly.

My husband and I stopped in today. Its a lot bigger than we expected. They have a nice selection of toys, childrens clothing, maternity ware and basically anything youd need for an infant/ child. We didnt walk out empty handed. Well defiantly be back. The staff was also friendly and welcoming.

Their website says they buy items straight out ..but you go there and they say they dont . I basically see I just donated, which I couldve donated to someone really in need of thats what wanted to do..not a store .. false advertisement . ..in Orlando theres a store called once upon a child..very nice store..they buy your items out right.. after all, youve spent so much money on kids clothes that are barely used if at all .. not going back here again. Wouldnt even shop here since they have false advertisement..once upon a child is better.

Ive never had issues bringing in items to consign. The staff, primarily young women, are busy but always nice and professional. Each time I come in to shop or check on how much Ive sold, they know me by name. They have a play area in the middle of the store with a mounted TV that plays movies. My kids actually enjoy going to this store to shop. My items always sell quickly and the return is far better than dealing with shipping and the charges to sell on Ebay. Based on other consignment stores I have used in the past, I am extremely happy with the business Ive done here and the location is a win - win, if you want to sell your stuff quickly.

Have to say that I have never in a very long time had such awesome customer service than I had today at the Monkey Cage. I sent and e-mail and the next morning Natasha called me and left me a message. I called her back and ask her if they had what I was looking for. They didnt but she told me they do get lots of things in so they may get it in. Well to my surprise about 45 minutes after I spoke with Natasha she called me back and told me that they just got what I was looking for in. By the time I got there to pick it up, Natasha put batteries in it to make sure it worked. WOW!!!! Due to her awesome customer service I will ALWAYS go to the Monkey Cage for any need I have.They have so many things in the store so I cant wait to go back and look around and get more things for my grandchildren.Natasha is such an asset to Monkey Cage. She definitely will gain more customers by her awesome customer service. She is awesome!!!Thank you so much!!

Have not consigned anything here, but come to find a few things. Sometimes it is hard to find things you want (Sleep sacks go fast), but I usually go in and find something I want (fancier clothes) at a good price. Other things like kids shirts are the same price new as here used, so I will buy elsewhere.

Item was priced incorrectly and they did not honor the ticket. Then made me feel like I was ridiculous for not wanting to pay more than what the ticket said. Will not be returning.

Every time I come here I have a poor experience with staff being rude & the store being a complete disaster, unable to navigate a stroller through, and completely unorganized. Take your money to Kid Stuff up the road.. much better experience.

I have brought several very expensive, barely used items here and never ever heard back from them. If you bring your stuff here, just look at it as a donation. Its better just to directly give your stuff away for free, but thats just my experience...

Overpriced... I have been to both locations leaving empty handed both times. The cheapest clothes item I found was 3.50 for a used shirt. I found some toddler clothes (used) for $17!!! no way paying that for something used. Toys are also overpriced.

Dont bring anything in for consignment unless it is immaculate. Had an item I had taken the time to clean before bringing in and they accepted it with no problem only to call back the next day and demand I pick it up because the owner got a look at it and decided it was dirty.

Horrible! I brought in 3 bags of clothes and the women at the desk was so stuck up and didnt even walk me through the process. I could have money waiting on me but she didnt bother to give me the login or anything to check besides I assume walking in the store and asking. Terrible customer service! I will never send anything here again.
