Couldnt be happier with the work or the service that I received. I have definitely had some large hurdles in getting my business going, and dealing with Loco Graphics was by far the most pleasurable of all. They have a great staff that made sure that they got exactly what I wanted, and walked me through every step. The work that they do is amazing, and they are perfectionists. They found two errors in the decals themselves, and set up a time for me to come back and get it fixed free of charge of course. In getting this work done, I also found out about all of the other advertising materials that they have. Truly the best 1 stop shop for your advertising needs in Ocala, or the surrounding area. I live in the next county over, and I will now continue to use them for any and all advertising needs that I may have. Too bad that I cant give more stars!

I’m sure the quality of their work is excellent, however their quotes are subject to change at the whim of the owner. I received a printed quote from the GM Greg (who was very professional through it all) only to be told that the owner then decided to charge me roughly 400 dollars more than the quoted price after they had my vehicle for a few hours. Short version of the story is, don’t expect them to honor quotes for work if the owner suddenly decides he wants more money after the fact.

Your answer to this is false. I run into a lot of people that say you dont know how to handle customers LOTS! of people.. I just want people to know your not the alone option in town and you will lose ton of business this way. Learn how to treat people and keep your word!The company is super unprofessional. They do pricing however they please. One day they tell you $100 and the next $200. Greg the GM said that I will take his pricing or go elsewhere. I repeat they are not professional at all! The owner Denise is lost with his pricing not even wanting to get on the phone and man up! Stay away from this company. They are definitely not the only business in town.

I honestly am at a loss of words for how disappointed I am. This entire process of me reaching out has been an utter waste of my time, and at the end of the day, even the owner has failed to give me at the very least a price or what a deposit would be to get his services. If you are reading this, this is basically my story of how it was to deal with this business.First off, I own a business and what I need is good advertising for my business. Here Im talking about putting up signs, getting banners, table covers, tents, car wraps, and more. If I was in the Graphic industry, Im sure I would be a high value client. Instead, what I get is lack of any sort of care. Every time I needed something or an update, I had to call them.This Story is a bit long, So if you feel like reading, this is basically what I expect other people to be treated here.To their defense, I understand I started to get in touch with them before the holidays. No problem, but my issue lied in missing an appointment to go over what I need, even when I said i dont mind paying for them to drive out, I find out the day off, my point of contact for them is out taking care of other peoples business. Fine, why not give them the benefit of the doubt since I really needed work done.Finally I got some people out to take measurements, and then the next thing I know. I have an invoice to do work and put up a new sign, which for me, I have absolutely no idea what even is being put up, and Im being asked to pay over a grand to get done. Told them get me proofs, this is too much money to put something that wont even look good.After talking I tell them to get me a logo, since I dont have one for my new business, and I agreed to pay them for the work. I leave them very specific instructions on what I needed. And when I call again and again trying to find out where we are. I get proofs for the wrong company. Next thing I know, no one follows up or anything. Im at a loss, and for my peace of mind, I leave up a review sharing my experience.The owner replies to my review, to what I found to be the oddest thing. He claims Im not even in their records, and shame on me for leaving a false story. Which I figure, fine, give the benefit of the doubt, call up the owner and see, why his employee had failed to even put me in their records.From what I hear, they do have me in their records. It was his mistake. The person who I was talking to before had been fired from the company, explaining why there was no reply to any of my messages. To build up on that, he had found that I wasnt really worth working for cause I never put down a deposit, which was the first I heard anything about a deposit. I dont mind putting that down for work.Unfortunately, this is almost a month after I first tried to get their services, so I had already found someone else to do the work. So I said, fine, here is what I didnt get done yet, send me pricing and whatever you need as a deposit. I agreed to take down the review and see what they can actually do.You can kind of see how it went since you are reading this now.The shame is, it has been a week since I contacted the owner. Havent received a call, havent received a reply. Its always me trying to track down whats going on, and I dont have time for that. Ive given too many chances and it is clear as day, my business is not worth earning to them and I will move on. Had they outright told me, I couldve saved some time.

The company took our deposit producing nothing in return. They spent days trying to reinvent our logo. Which we did not ask for. He mentioned taking it out of the circle. not what we expected. Theirs gave no clear definition of what we wanted. tried to communicate and expected a side drawing. They dragged their feet and got treated poorly by owner when expressed how upset we were. Supposedly about helping local business... more like taking their money. Our Bus is wrapped now by another company and far surpassed this company. The owner was rude and belittled my husband saying we couldnt afford it. When asked for a copy of contract Loco never provided. In the end when my husband tried to gwt bwtter results they kept our $500 and escorted him out saying he was hostile.Dont get scammed - go elsewhere.

Hands down the best automotive wraps in the the area
