I have taken a few motors here over the years...The last was a variable speed motor for my home a/c blower...Turns out the motor wasnt bad, just a blown diode on the board, which was removed and new diode soldered on...If you are able to, take your motor here for repair and save a lot of money, instead of replacing...The guy is old school and a really good repairman...

Mr Green is very knowledgeable with 45 years experience. He evaluated my 11 yr old 2 speed sta rite pool pump electric motor and found the low speed was bad. He charged me $10 diagnostic fee which I thought was more than reasonable. He then gave me an honest opinion that I could probably get the pool pump about anywhere as cheap as he could sell me one because it was a special order being two speed. I high ly recommend this business and will use him for all my electric motor needs.
