A piece of board fell into the tracks of my garage door and twisted things in a way that looked like the end of the door first thing in the morning. A very bad way to start the day! I looked up a few garage door places and called Omega. Karen was very helpful and said she would contact her tech and get back to us. She did and sent Brandon to the rescue! He was great. He knew what the damage was and he knew how to fix it. He went above and beyond working out kinks and I think its the best door has worked its whole 30 year life! I highly recommend theses folks at Omega Garage Doors and Ill call them again without hesitation .

Omega garage doors is great! About to move in to my newly bought home and Brandon came by to help me with my garage doors. He was amazing! Loved his whole demeanor. He was thorough and taught me the necessary things I needed for the garage doors. He also brought a better remote for the garage doors that’s exactly what we needed. I called 3 other overhead door companies and left messages. Not one return call! I contacted Omega and they actually answered the phone. We scheduled an appointment...Service Tech actually arrived early, was very courteous. I would highly recommend Omega to anyone!

Outstanding. Omega was recommended to me by another home repair professional. I called the service technician to fix my broken opener chain, which he did. He also noted a number of things wrong with the installation of the garage door - its a new door, recently installed by someone else - and pointed them out to me. There were bolts missing, the tension cables were misaligned, the spring was not tensioned properly, etc. I thanked him and asked him to please correct everything. He did that, and not in a rush - taking time to make sure everything was just right. I worried about the cost, but was pleased when he presented me a very reasonable bill. Great experience all around! Highly recommended!

I hired Omega to install a garage door opener that I purchased elsewhere, but did not have the time or patience to install myself. The technicians were polite and prompt. They did a good job installing my garage door opener. HOWEVER, they pulled a bait and switch on me. When I called to schedule the service I was quoted a price of $100 for the installation. After the installation was completed I was handed a bill for $150. I paid the bill without making a fuss, but I did not appreciate the dishonest business practice.

I cant say enough about the determination of Brandon to solve an issue with my newly installed opener that was 6 months old. Omega doors stood behind their warranty and just reinstalled a whole new opener and rail. The issue had been frustrating to both myself and Brandon. He worked hard to troubleshoot the issue and when the opener acted up again, he installed a brand new opener. Great company to work with! Thank you to both Brandon and the company owner Daryl Wright. They are there for you! If you value customer service after the sale, you cant do better! Highly recommended!
