This pertains to a Golf Cart we purchased when we moved here in Sept 2020. Knowing very little about the carts we started here. I met with Chase the sales mgr and he quoted me a price for the cart, then I ask to add a new body and he said no problem, i also wanted brake lights & turn signals, again no problem from Chase. He gave me a final price, I gave him a down pymnt. Left happy, said it would be ready within 1 1/2 weeks. That evening I get a call from the owner, seems Chase gave me all the wrong prices and it was going to be $1,000.00 more. he told me we would get an awesome cart if I accepted this price. So we trusted him and went with it. Well, wrong move. First took weeks to get the cart, kept getting answers like parts came in wrong, parts still on order, parts broke when we received them. Then they told me I would get to check out the mirrors before they put them on. WRONG, never happened so now I have 2 mirrors that are the size of a Ford F150 truck with blinkers on the inside glass. Right one works left one doesnt. Said they would come back and fix but no go. As for batteries; Chase said they were 4 years old, well guess what they are older than that. At a full charge I still had to watch a turtle pass me in our community. The new body looks great, seats are nice but in hind-sight I should have held them to the original price but my wife just found out she has cancer and I was trying to juggle to many things. So buyer-be-ware when buying a golf cart here. Not saying this happens to everyone but at my age I should have known better. Maybe another dealer can help me with new batteries, which should have been in there or at least somewhat newer. That may help because this cart could not even make it around 9 holes on a flat golf course.Chris: I appreciate working with you on getting the new batteries in and getting those mirrors off the cart. Ive been waiting a couple weeks now for the battery filler tube that Don promised to replace since it was used on the other batteries and I had already bought the connector to the water jug. Problem now is Don doesnt answer email and I finally got him on the phone and he said he left the company. I tried the office number but the mailbox says its full,, so cant get through to Ashley. Don said she was suppose to order it and take care of the last issue. can you help again? Thank-you.

These guys are new but have some really cool golf carts to buy. They can even install a sound system and lights to have the coolest cart on the course!

Knowledgeable, friendly staff that will not pressure you to buy, they just want you to happy with what you’re purchasing. They were patient going through all of the options available to me and kept the focus on making sure I was happy with what I was getting. 10/10 recommend

Drove 170 miles and rented a trailer 2 pick-up cart..very disappointed..cart was filthy dirty with dead batteries...they knew we were coming..lied too...had no turn signals..can buy kit and install ourselves...dont waste your time...go elsewhere
