Never have any good Marlins hats.. weird being were in Florida

Always have what I am looking for and much more. Its not a very big store but you literally can spend an hour in there looking at everything they have. Representatives are always on hand to lend a hand and to help you with something even if they do not have it on store that day.

Amanda helped me speed my process up for my order and was able to do my stitch work in no time at all. She is a great person and hard worker. Do Not lose those employee 👍

Drayton was so helpful. He helped us find the right hat and really make the hat our own. Wonderful customer service will go back. My husbands work loves that hat and plans on purchasing from lids because of our wonderful experience and the design. Drayton definitely needs a cash incentive for this.

Overpriced. The embroider machine poked a hole in the hat 2 times. We gave up and went elsewhere
