Excellent customer service. The receptionist was very kind and excellent customer service skills. Myra and Michael both were super nice and extremely knowledgeable. Michael explained everything to me perfectly. My visit was very pleasurable and I left knowing exactly what is needed and what my next steps are!
Mayra is the best. She demonstrates kindness and patience with her clients, and she is skilled at bringing her knowledge of the field to a level easily understood by the patient
Just dropped in because one of my hearing aids wasn’t working. Girl helped me to get it working. Showed me how to fix it on my iPhone. Very polite, professional.

My husband has a severe hearing loss and needed new aids. We went to Tri-County because they had repaired his current hearing aids previously.Most of these places are hard sell--you need new aids. Mayra did not give us the hard sell. Mayra and Kathy were very courteous and professional. The end result -- his new aids -- top of the line -- are on the way at an affordable price. Hopefully, they will perform well.

My wife had and appointment today in the local Ocala office for a free hearing test and they request her drivers license to make a copy. We refused and their attitude immediately changed. They took her back for the test, after a few questions, put her in the room and after about 2 whole minutes, gave her the results. Then when I ask about the $20 Olive Garden promo card, they needed our address which was already on the completed form. When I tried to explain about my concerns with privacy and the drivers license, both the receptionist and the technician took on a seriously rude attitude problem and ask us to leave the office over and over again, while telling us they were professionals and didnt need to talk to us. Im a retired salesman and have NEVER had someone talk to us they way these two did. . . they WERE definitely NOT PROFESSIONALS!!
