Pots galore! Prices were reasonable on plants. The pots were buy 1 get 1 half off. For the very large (20+gallon sized) they ranges from $89+. So not a bad deal. The had a lot of lawn ornaments, too, that were nicely displayed. Their citrus trees looked amazing, and are mostly all in bloom.

One of my best retail experiences ever. I drove from Baldwin and got there right at closing. Charles took his time showing me all my options and explaining what he thought would work best for me, never once rushing even though it was after hours. I also wanted the canopy on it and told them I would install it myself. Instead, Derek, one of the service techs, said he would stay late also and get started on it right then. I would suggest to anyone that they are well worth the drive because you dont seem to give that level of service at most places anymore!!!

What a pleasant surprise. Needed emergency milkweed for my Monarch caterpillars, went everywhere in town, and they were the only ones to anticipate the gardeners needs. Kudos to you. The plants arrived when I was told, and in great shape.. I was gifted a Stilh rototiller from the Yard Stop, and its a Workhorse, I love it. Staff appear quite knowledgeable

I LOVE the Yard Stop for all my garden needs. And the big plus is their customer service is top notch and unlike Lowes or Home Depot you can actually get someone to help load your purchase.

Very clean and well kept business, great selection. No sickly or poor looking plants. Good prices and very competitive with larger stores. Was asked by half a dozen employees if I needed help, very friendly. Overcharged on labor inside for edger. Was charged $85.00 for a primer bulb replacement and a fuel line. Should take 10-15 minutes. When I asked the individual working the counter about it, I got a blank stare. Unfortunate experience, which I am sure is not the normal here. I have been many times before for landscaping needs, but felt obligated to leave this review. Always room for improvement when running a business.

First visit to the Yard Stop since 2016 this week. Was greeted at the desk by employees then taken out to the yard to see plants by gracious young lady employee. She walked me around the new updated yard which was very clean and organized. I found some plants after she helped me pick out exactly what I was looking for. We couldn’t be happier with the service provided. We are out on a job middle of a Saturday afternoon, and a part broke on our concrete cut off saw. No one in the area has the part, or is even open to get it if they were. From the moment Amanda answered the phone to the time we pulled in the driveway to pick the part up. This was five star service to say the least. Even though, they did not have the part in parts Inventory, they had the same model saw we have in stock. They were gracious enough to pull the water connection off a stock saw to keep us going. You have won a customer for life. Thank you yard stop and Amanda for rockstar service.

I call yesterday to update my payment information for my lawn fertilization service with Yard Stop and was told that my account was transferred to TruGreen. If Yard Stop is no longer to offer this service you would think they would contact me first to see if I want my account transferred. When was this service transferred? When will the new provider be contacting me and coming out to service?? Are they going to provide the same service??? I’ve have a bad experience with TruGreen in the past. None of my questions could be answered.

Disappointing let it be known they have a minimum $2500.00 for landscape work anything less deemed not worth their time.

Yes very fast and friendly service well organized place .I went there to pick up two yards of filler dirt which was way out on the other side of the property.There was a gentleman around the area that offered me a lift to the front building in a cart type vehicle first to pay for it. It would just expedite the process knowing that I was somewhat in a rush .He waited outside patiently for my return he then gave me a ride back to my vehicle then filled my trailer with the 2 yards of fill dirt .

So we bought 3 palm trees in March and had them plant them. Was never told I had to put in irrigation. We planted them right next to a pond but still watered every single day. One died and its not been 6 months. They refuse to replace. Said I should have irrigated like I was told. UM SORRY even the guy who planted them said there was no way to get irrigation to trees and it was next to a body of water. Wont be back.Dec. I see the owner response but why hasnt he tried to call me? He has my number. He only posted he wanted to help so it looks better online. You call me. I had your Hannah out and she refused to do anything. You want to make it right, you should be picking up the phone and trying to make it right.

Good place to get lawns maintenance tools

My wife has been breeding butterflies for over a year now and we have purchased milkweed from them before without any issues. But this past Saturday we purchased 12 Milkweed plants and after placing about 15 healthy adult caterpillars on the new plants and the next day not a leaf was eaten and they were all dying or already dead. I called Monday afternoon (2 days later) and the manager refused to take them back- and worst part I was just asking for store credit to use to get another batch when they received a new shipment because they must of been treated with pesticides.If you want true plants/vegetables not treated with pesticides you should really consider going somewhere else.

Had a major engine failure with my carpet cleaning machine and I needed it handled quick so I could get back to work. I made several calls to other repair facilities before I called and talked to Chris. Everyone else made the engine swap sound like a big deal. After speaking with Chris I brought the machine in to be looked over so they could see what was involved. There was Jacob, Tom and John all looking it over. Tom said it would be no problem. John was my tech and he had the job done in one day. Thank you!All I can say is that The Garden Stop or rather its people did an outstanding job! They seem to be a happy bunch of folks that work good together.I sincerely appreciate everyones effort!

The two young girls running the place when I arrived did not have any knowledge on the plant I was buyingat sll. I bought a expensive bird of paradise that had a few leaves not looking too great and they would not even take 10 dollars off. Absolutely no guarantee at all on their plants, not even 30 dayd. It’s like a used car dealership, once you pull off the lot no returns. I will never go back but at least they did have the plant I wanted when no one else did.
