Came in Vantresa helped me pick out the best bed in my price range that fits me perfect. She wouldn’t let me just settle for what i thought i would like. She helped me understand why i didn’t need a firm bed.

I recently bought a floor model mattress from the ocala location. I needed it for my camper. Sales man was helpful but did not say anything about No Warranty on the mattress.I have had it under 2 months and paid over $400 for it. It is already sagging in the middle. I put foam under it to help but it didnt help.I called the store and was told no warranties on floor models. I didnt want a refund just maybe a credit on buying a better mattress. He gave me the number to their main branch in Orlando and was told the same thing. If I knew when I was buying it with no warranty I would not of purchased it. Waste of $400. If they could of just credited some of it to purchase a better mattress I would of been fine. Will never buy here again.

We purchased a split king adjustable bed and mattress and have had the best sleep of our lives. They are friendly and professional and get it right!!!

Worse mattress ever I paid 1200 for a floor model pedic and it doesn’t sleep well and already sinking in on one side after a week which makes it even harder to be comfortable. I got it cause I’m pregnant and my fiancé and I both have back issues and this by far is the worse mattress ever I spent too much money for a uncomfortable mattress I could have gotten a way better mattress for $600 elsewhere. There isn’t no warranty or exchange. I will be looking into what can I do about this being I can’t get compensated for this horrible expensive for no reason mattress

My mother was in need of specific type of mattress. Vince was so kind and took us through each mattress that would work for her in her price range. He was extremely knowledgeable with years of sleep experience. We couldnt have had a more pleasant experience and bought the perfect mattress at the end. Thank you Vince for being so awesome!

Fraud. Dont buy there!!!I bought 1 king size and 2 twin size mattress.The came out short.King is 3 short and the twin is 1x3 short.They refuse the exchange it!!!

Vince was extremely helpful and did not make us feel like he was just out to sell. He was very personable and got us an amazing deal on our mattress. Bought a floor model tempurpedic which wasn’t a issue but can’t take cover off as salesmen said to wash 😐 mattress sleeps good but also he said when buying a tempurpedic we also got 2 “new” tempurpedic pillows when sale was done he said take 2 FLOOR model pillows 🤢🤮 or he points to some pillows in the floor under a mattress get home find out they’re just a black pillowcase that says tempurpedic and some old wore out piece of memory foam in a net case also salesman tried to fill us full sales pitches and the “years of knowledge” when I asked him how long he’d been selling mattresses he sighed and laughed and said 2 weeks!!!!! Then couldn’t hardly get the paperwork and numbers right etc over 2 hours to get finalized

We purchased a Tempur-pedic Pro Adapt mattress on May 11,2018 from Mattress1One in Shady Oaks shopping mall, Ocala, FL. The salesperson was Vantresa. During our first visit she spent a great deal of time explaining the features of the Tempur line. However, she encouraged us to wait a week as a new line was coming into the store and she felt it would better suit our purpose. The Pro-Adapt mattress was shown with firm, medium and soft and we chose the medium. It is really nice to buy from a store and person who work to meet the customers needs. A great sales experience. Only time will tell if we picked the right mattress, but Tempur has a 120 day comfort guarantee and will exchange if we are not completely satisfied. Thanks Vantresa!
