Friendly and helpful staff. They stock almost every moving supply you could need, but do run out of product occasionally. Be prepared to wait, as the store appears to be understaffed and they leave the shop quite frequently to attend to matters out in the storage buildings.

I like that they are gated, have really good cameras for keeping criminals out. They have hundreds of trucks and great RV or Boat storage that is covered. We have been storing our RV for 2.5 years and it stays nice since it is covered from sun and pouring rain.

Returning my truck and trailer today. The young lady and the young man that worked there were extremely nice. Very helpful. I would recommend using this location as other locations Ive used in the past were a horrible experience. Thx to the both of them!!

Above and beyond. Great service as usual, yes, we have used Ubox, and other services numerous times. However, a previous order concern was a problem with the hasp being partially broken and I had to work hard to get it to close. This time, however, a young man named Jordon made sure ahead of time that a broken hasp was fixed-he fixed himself!Very grateful for Jordans initiative and quality service where others might have let the box be delivered as is (and I would have rejected and sent it back) but Jordan saved me, and the company, the hassel.Thanks!

Beware of Uhaul. We rented a truck late last month from the Uhaul on south Pine Ave and explained to the gentleman that we would be returning it to the Uhaul on north Pine Ave on the next day by 7:00pm, as it was closer to where we would be and you have to pay a mileage fee for in town rentals and he assured us that wasn’t a problem. I will admit I didn’t read the full contract as I trusted and believed the employee, until today when I opened my credit card bill and discovered they over charged me $275.00 more than agreed upon. When I called them I was told the extra charge was due to dropping it off at the north location and told by an extremely rude individual “you can’t believe everything you’re told and you need to read the contract in its entirety” and she then hung up on me after I’d been on hold for over 50 minutes waiting to speak to a representative. So a rental that should have cost me $178 is now $373.33. Shame on you Uhaul for allowing your customers to believe the word of your employees and shame on me for not reading every single word of the contract. Total RIP OFF AND TAKING ADVANTAGE OF UNSUSPECTING CUSTOMERS WITH NO REMORSE FOR WHAT THEY DID BY GAINING ADDITIONAL MONEY.

Nice array of different storage units at all different yet affordable prices.Unit was clean and air controlled. They also have areas for large vehicles such as RVs, boats etc. This place is accessible to semi trucks yet it will be a very tight squeeze.

Reasonable storage prices and covered options for boats and RVs. Clean. There is one oddly placed dumpster that makes trying to leave with your RV harder than it should be. 😑

Excellent customer service, and trailer I rented

Rented. Enclosed trailer. Cameron has me in and out quickly. Hooked the unit up and in my way. When I returned Cameron was on duty again quickly checked me in followed me to the lot unhooked me and I am gone. Very good employee !!

We were there just to help someone move in. Did not deal with front office or the business aspect.

This is a corporate store, and knowing what I know now I will only deal with corporate stores when it comes to U-Haul. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They will be my go-to U-Haul dealer in the future

If you order a UBox, DO NOT expect it to be delivered on time and DO NOT expect UHaul to communicate the delays to you you might consider PODS instead.

Worst uhaul in America

Real easy to get in and out. But check contract real good. They said I rented a unit in july. But did not move this way to aug. So had to pay twice for 1 month.

The staff was helpful with everything and only about a 10 minute or so wait in line as they were helping other customers fill out their paperwork also. They helped me to get a big size truck dropped off there without any problems. They even upsized me to a larger 10 by 10 storage unit when no one else could find me one that particular day. It was clean and dry. Later we were helped by a guy that drives a golf cart around to help you on the sight, if you have a question or cant get out and stuff like that he comes to your rescue.

Dottie was great. Her coworker made picking up the rental take 2 hours & laughed at me when I told him it would push our moving into the evening. He hid twice while he was suppose to show my friend the truck & bring it around. He texted on his phone with another couple & me waiting forever. He misquoted me on boxes. It pushed our start time past 4pm. We had to make a second trip costing double in mileage & rental fees to finish. Called corporate. Still waiting on answer of crediting me the extra day & extra trip costing 79 cents per mile & a 60 mile round trip each day.Lisa

Secure place to store your stuff... A little pricey.

Very clean and wellkept. I feel like it is a decent place if you need to store things like vehicles or boats. They have cameras and big fences!

Very accommodating and friendly. They even have used boxes people donate to help others out in their move, which is a very nice touch. Yes i would highly recommend them.

Ive had my things in storage at this place for 6 months I go to get everything out and it is all INFESTED with roaches! When we told them about it they said they cant control that because they can not get into your unit to spray which I understand but when you have roaches crawling from unit to unit and you can see them from the outside getting into other peoples units that is a problem. Also when I got my rental truck to move things out I was charged twice. I would not reccomened this place to anyone!!

I have yet to form am opinion on them. Well se how o feel about them i the a.m.

Bad business... we rented a truck Sat night and stated we needed the truck until monday at 5, we get a call monday morning with where is our truck and that it was due the day before. After I delt with that they couldnt give me an actual price on how much my total would be with the extra day, then the drop off address was not the same as what they had on file. I spoke with 8 different people and about 4 different phone numbers being passed on from one person to another and all they can say is that the contract says well there has been many errors in this contract and nobody wants to own up to it but im the one who is paying for this mistake...In my business working with the public if you make a mistake you fix it and not on the customers behalf... i would also like to add that we went to drop off the truck before 5 and the doors are locked. We call the number and they say you have to go to a different location to drop off truck, we go back there and the guy say you shouldnt be back here who sent you. To make a long stoery short this is a whole day wasted and nothing but the run around...

BEWARE! THE EQUIPMENT WAS INSTALLED INCORRECTLY & MY VEHICLE WAS DAMAGED! The manager had her teenage sons with her when they installed a rented tow dolly on my vehicle. The tongue was overtightened on the ball causing the nut to unknowingly come loose. When the vehicle being towed was driven off the tongue went up and came down on my tailgate. The manager and U-Haul claim department refused to do anything to correct the damage.

So I went in and said I need u to haul something for me, how much? and they said we dont haul stuff u haul it. I said but it says uhaul . They said it meant that I haul it myself. So I told them the sign should be changed then. Change it to I-Haul.

I had an u-box reservation for 8am 21 Sept 2019. I tried twice to contact them only to have my call transferred to HQ. Frustrated I arrived at the office to be told all trailers but one were out of service. I was so furious I try to contact their GM. She wouldnt answer her number and her mailbox was full. Tried contacting their President, left a message and Im still waiting for a call.
