I have lived in Ocean City since 2012 and just came across this adorable store! I absolutely loved it! There was a great selection of mommy and me clothing. They also sold some of my favorite online clothing brands that I do not see very often in person! The staff was also very nice! Great gift store! Definitely worth stopping by if you are in Ocean City.

Received my item in a broken box. Doll didn’t even come in plastic or with a tag. Doll appears to have been used. Do your self a favor and Order elsewhere as customer service did not see a problem with the way this was deceivers to me. There are many other nice companies that offer better customer service.

Beware and believe the reviews—Do not shop here.Completely terrible customer service and awful company. Their website states that they offer “Free Shipping Over $150.” I had far more than that in my cart, around $300, yet they was still charging me for shipping which is twenty dollars! I figured it was a website glitch and followed up with them. They were so unbelievably rude. They stated in the promotional email I got it states “Free shipping is NOT eligible for large items purchased.” I went back and looked— It did not say that anywhere and I sent them screen shots to further inquire. They did not address their own fallacy but stated “It costs them way more than they even charged me to ship my items.” Finally, I asked for a refund and return and they stated I will have to pay another twenty dollars to ship it back to them, despite their website says “Free and easy returns.” I’ve had bikes shipped to my house for less than that. Every other company stands by their Free ship over X dollars, please give your business to someone who actually cares. This was so shady I’ve purchased from so many small shops and have never had such n awful experience. I’ve already shared my experience with waves of Moms who were stunned. Don’t waste your time there are much better small shops who care about customers not just money. Believe the bad reviews.

I absolutely 💕 LOVE this store. Gina, the owner has brought a hip style for allages to OCEAN CITY, NJ. She carries unique brands very stylish, classic, and trendy along with the many amazing glamorous accessories. All the girls who work there are so attentive, beyond helpful, and amazing. I feel so special every time I am in the store. If I ever need something they will even (if available and very much accommodate) open the doors and allow me to shop. I can’t say enough about Bohemian Mama 💕 So happy this store is here on Asbury Ave. They even have online shopping and offer store perks for you:) I highly recommend this store, it’s ambience, personal shopping experience, with family or your best gals friends. YOU will leave with something or in my case many beautiful fashionable items that will brighten up your closet and wardrobe. I purchased bedding from this company (I ordered the junior size but it can no longer be found) after asking what was included and requesting more detail as there is hardly any on the item description. Once receiving the item, I found out that it is ONLY a duvet cover (although the photos show sheets and I was told that the blanket was somewhat thick). An insert would be needed to be purchased in order to use this on a bed and have any warmth as the material is extremely thin and rough (not soft and comfortable like you would expect for the price). The junior size was barely big enough to even cover my sons crib mattress. The company refuses to offer refunds, even with the incorrect item description and photos. I would definitely take my business elsewhere.*Edited to add after the companys response*To respond to their snarky remark about being honest I will include that they claim that I never contacted them requesting information on the bedding. This is up for debate as I dont know why I would have contacted a different company and then purchased from them. Something is very sketchy here... Also, they are adamant that the item description was correct but I have email proof that they said to refer to the items photo on the size of the bed; however, when I pointed out that the bed had sheets and a fluffy, comforter-type blanket on it, they said that you could not go off of the image as it is a stock photo. This company knows that their description is inaccurate and I have spent too much time witnessing them going around in circles just to not have to issue a refund when called out.

I have ordered from Bohemian Mama multiple times now and have never been disappointed! Their customer service is some of the best I’ve dealt with and they are quick to respond and always go above and beyond to make sure everything is completely perfect. Shipping is fast and every single brand and item carried in this store is adorable! I highly recommend this shop!

I stumbled across this store this summer on my way to work. The store was cute, clean, adhered to CDC regulations, had a great selection and awesome service. The items in the store are priced according to the manufactures (and may not be for everyone). With that said, I saved to purchase a few items and each one has held up beautifully. I even had to return one item and the service on getting the item back was flawless. I recently bought a few more items for small business Saturday 2020 and a magical fairy must have delivered my package. I had my order at my door step in another state within 20 hours! I’m not sure of the previous lower scores for the shop when it comes to shipping. They offer shipping insurance that will cover costs of last and stolen goods. It’s an additional cost so take the gamble if you think you may/not get the package. Just an option.

Believe the other reviewers and DO NOT support this shop!  Its not worth your time, money or patience.I ordered a gift online pre-sale late November, I was informed it would be a late December delivery. No problem, it was a gift for a Feb. birthday. Late December I got an email saying it would be early January delivery, again no problem as long as it comes for a Feb. birthday. Fast forward to February, zero contact from the shop. I reach out looking for information and Im told that theyre expecting a shipment leaving France at the end of the week. OK, still fine. The gift is not going to make it in time, I scramble for a small substitute gift. Its a pandemic, Im still understanding of the shipping the situation. My daughter is disappointed, this was all shed asked for.Two weeks after the last email contact I reach out and ask for more support and communication, because its been pretty lackluster,  I only get updates after I send requests.. sometimes a response only comes after 2 emails.. and now the Birthday has passed and I kindly let them know how disappointing it was. What I get back is a super rude email, no apology just blame spreading elsewhere.. including me telling me it was never a late December order (too bad I have all the emails saved and can prove what I was told). THEN customer service realizes theyve been wrong all along and under the impression I was waiting for a different item, and the item I bought pre sale was sold out? What? This item was never coming. I was refunded, and I found another shop to support.Fun twist, I happen to be FROM South Jersey, right around the corner from this shop. So Ill be making sure to share my experience with my very large family and friend network.

I wish Id read the customer service reviews before buying. Fedex lost my item which is not the stores fault, but my interactions with CX via email have been poor.**UPDATE FedEx found the item and delivered it (without any updates or calls relating to the investigation I instigated, but thats another story.) Im rating BM at 2-star (up from 1-star initially) because they told me they had a constant conversation going with FedEx which helped unblock the shipping issue. I want to believe this is true, hence the upvote.However I wont retract my initial feedback about interactions with CX. They actually got worse. I didnt want to write an essay but also realized that my initial review could have more specific/helpful detail about what I mean by poor, so here goes:(1) When I noticed my item had not moved from some FedEx location for 7 days, I contacted BM and FedEx. Email comms with BM started off ok, telling me they couldnt do anything about it once its shipped and to deal directly with FedEx. Fair enough, as consumers weve probably been spoiled by Amazons philosophy of always handling issues like this on behalf of the customer.(2) FedEx told me they had started an investigation, I believed them, but didnt call me back as promised the next day, so I followed up again with BM. Im feeling pretty powerless at this point because Ive paid money to BM, and theyre telling me to follow up with a 3rd party who is not returning my calls. BM tells me at this point that they will start a case with FedEx too. I expressed concern because FedEx were not calling me back, but BM didnt respond at this point.(3) Checking in with FedEx another 2 days later, discovered they hadnt bothered to file an investigation. I was told they were opening one now. However they still werent making good on their promise to call back with a package trace, so I was losing faith. I asked BM, who told me they werent expecting to hear from FedEx for another 2-3 days. At this point BM also reminded me that it was my fault that I couldnt get a refund/new item because Id elected not to purchase the shipping insurance. Again, fair enough, but it sucks to be told I told you so by customer service of a company Id paid two hundred bucks to.(4) 3 days later (11 days after package was supposed to be delivered) I checked in with FedEx again, because they were still not calling back ever and they admitted they couldnt find the package. I contacted BM to tell them this, and only at this point did they tell me they had an open channel with FedEx and had been working on my issue – also calling out my previous negative review. I was glad about this and thought we could make some headway in communicating nicely with each other at last! So I replied that it would have been great to know that progress had been happening on their side, and tried to explain that I found the lack of information frustrating, which was why Id left that review. BM immediately replied telling me to properly check my emails and that theyd informed me multiple times about the open investigation. This email left me speechless and was the point I realized that BM are literally learning NOTHING from existing customer reviews about their communications.(5) Ironically, the same day the shipping was unblocked and at this point BM explained a bit more of the process (investigation, whats covered by shipping insurance, etc).(For extra context, the reason I had a bee in my bonnet about this and wasnt as chill as I could have been was it was a critical item to help my 10-month old with PT issues, so obviously I was keen to get some help ASAP. During this process I just really wanted to order a replacement item and write all this nonsense off, but it was pretty expensive.)So, in summary - not super friendly, in fact pretty hostile (e.g., the name of the CX agent would have been nice, let me know theres a person on the other side and how you could maybe help – or not, thats fine, but tone matters.)

I wanted to love this store but unfortunately I have bought two pieces of jewelry from here on two separate occasions that both chipped very quickly. I actually went back to the store after a pair of small studs that were $50 got stripped of the exterior gold after two weeks of wear. The cashier left my number for the owner but unfortunately I never heard from anyone. As far as jewelry goes I am sad to say that I do not feel the price matches the quality.

BEWARE, you will not receive your items on time or in one package. Several issues and would not recommend shopping here to anyone. So many other places who are honest and will make sure you receive everything. I used to trust shopping small but to be honest, they are the hardest to work with. Never again.

Gina the owner is unbelievable. She really cares about her customers happiness overall. Quality quality company. I highly recommend. Communication has been stellar throughout my entire process. She is extremely responsive and compassionate. I can’t believe the impressive and quick service and responses. Will be ordering again !

I ordered a small gift for our twin from this store - and waited and waited for it to arrive.It’s now almost 3 days past Christmas and we still don’t have it.I’m aware of Covid, as I don’t live in a cave.We shopped with at least 8 other stores that also had to ship to us by Christmas, and they all got the packages here on-time. I didn’t pay them for expedited shipping, either.My REAL ISSUE here is about the snarky & disrespectful attitude I received when I reached out to the store with this concern, and this was their response...“Wait I’m sorry we are supposed to offer you something when we shipped immediately but it’s Covid and there are global shipping delays and it’s already been hard enough for small business?xoxo,Customer Service Team”The final “XOXO” was really rude and passive aggressive.I will not be shopping with this store again - it was my first and last transaction with them.Customer service is of the utmost importance to me.

Ordered items online and never received my order. Company never issued refund. Rude customer service by email. Do not buy from this company, because high chances are you won’t receive you items. Such a pity to basically steal your customers money during this pandemic. Buy anywhere else but here.

The most beautiful clothing store in town. Gorgeous womens clothing, made of great quality. If you are off the a classy event or just need an outfit for a casual gathering you will find it here for sure! I tell everyone, I could spend all of my money at that place.

Love it! Such style and great vibe in the store. Loved the experience- great set up that allowed you to take your time and shop thru all the clothes. Dressing rooms are huge and the owner was amazing. She helped me find what was the right fit for me. Will be back again and again!
