I love this place. I go there for most all of household needs. So sorry the store in Salisbury Md closed!!!

Well maintained with a very nice selection of all the things Bed, Bath and Beyond are known for. The staff here kicks the rating up from average to 4 stars. The floor staff is always willing to help out and go beyond the call of duty. UPDATE: I purchased a shower head which was on display at the store. There were none in stock but the extremely helpful sales person offered to order it for me and arranged for it to be delivered to my home. I was extremely disappointed to learn almost 10 days later that I would not be receiving my shower head. Apparently this is an item no longer carried at Bed, Bath and Beyond. Why on earth would you leave a display up in the store and make it possible to order an item you no longer intend to carry? This has caused me a lot of inconvenience. I had to return a shower head I had already purchased elsewhere, waited for my delivery longer than I thought I shouldve had to and then learned that it was not going to be arriving. I now have to go back out and shop again. Also, I paid for it on a store credit and now have to wait for a gift card to be issued and mailed to me. Who knows how long that will take? I stand by my former statements about this store, but the corporation is not giving me a sense of confidence in their ability to manage this business competently. I have downgraded my rating as a result of the corporate experience.

Part of a large shopping and outlet area west of a busy bridge into the Ocean City beaches. Some clearance items located near entrance and checkout area.

I just love to stop on and look around and the coupons are nice to use online or in store.

Courtious, and even the costumers, that you encounter are helpfull, because of there experience of shopping 🛒 at where else Bed Bath and Beyond

Great experience. Social distancing pros. They only let a certain amount of people in at a time. There are arrows on the floor to guide you through out the store. Hand sanitizer at check out for you to use. Well stocked store.

Pillow wasnt in.bag with towels that I purchased.

We had to return an item and order something else. The person at the register couldnt have been nicer. She completed the return and said she would help the next 2 people in line and would meet us at the computer up front. She helped my wife with the hair dryers she was looking for and completed the sale. Would definitely go back and recommend.

Stood in line with 1 item for about 10 minutes behind a woman that was returning a bunch of stuff. Eventually the woman at the counter tells me you better go to the other line this is going to take a while. I had already been waiting for 10 minutes, the people that were behind me were already moved over to the other line ahead of me with shopping carts full of stuff. Then someone working there said something smart to me when I complained. Put my one item back and left. Just ordered it on amazon before making this review.

Saw signage for a great deal on pans, I saw on sign that sale had ended day or two before. I asked a staff member who stopped what he was doing and looked it up for me. Said the sale was still good, when he saw me going to get a cart he went outside to get one for me, then offered to put pain set in the cart for me. Which I declind because I had help with me in different areas of store. After the help I recieved I would definitely shop here again!

Just came back from the store. I was looking for 12pack of Ball mason jars, as it states online that they have it in stock for 9.99$. Sounds like a good price to me, so even its 15min drive, I took my son to run there and grab those jars for my Sunday DIY projects, as I wont get chance to work on it till the end of next week.My son fell asleep in the car, but I was like ok, I wont browse or anything, will just get jars and leave. I went around the store 2 times, spent 30min, but couldnt find it. They are either hiding it very well or store availability was a lie. I havent met even 1 sales associate on the floor, and customer service lady was non-stop on the phone, cause customers which are sitting home on the couch are more important than the ones who actually spend time and gas to get in the store.I asked the girl on the register how come there is nobody to help customers. She said there ARE people on the floor. I said that I havent seen even 1 for 30min. She answered we are understaffed. Have a good day!.Really? 1 hour of my day off is gone my son had to nap in weird position, my back is killing me from carrying him (hes 30 lbs, but Im very physically weak person) and its so hard to just point at the shelf with the stuff I need or even call for help, since she probably couldnt leave the register. Its Easter, so maybe thats why everyone is off, but I dont think anyone should be neglected because of that.Not going there anymore. Will pay more, but Ill just order it online from elsewhere
