The worst experience I’ve had ever with a company, ordered my items on 5/30/2020 and as of now 7/2/2020 still have not received my order or any updates for that matter. If there was a time to display great business practices it’s now however I have seen comments removed off Instagram where other customers like myself have inquired about their orders not being shipped only to have comments as a whole turned off of the posts. Never will I buy another item from this “Business”.

Good store to find Philadelphia sports hats that are not readily available online. Customer service was good and also had a sale when I visited. There was an option for embroidery on the hats as well. The store isnt very big but good options of hats.

The people there were very nice and they have a good variety of things to chose from. However there hats are pretty expensive.

Visited location several times over the past week and each time their was a different employee working but the customer service level was the same, which was awesome! Well done and thank you for carrying the awesome Philly Sports swag!

Was looking around online for a certain Yankee cap. Came across CapSwag they had it in stock, price alone embarrassed anyone else. With shipping, very fast by the way, still much much better. Recomend 100%.

This company has been a nightmare to deal with. He doesnt respond to emails and the phone sends you right to the email. I am having to dispute the charges with my credit card. Dont order from him!

Ive never been much of a hat guy, but then after visiting Cap Swag I realize its because Im not a big sports fan, so I went with the Transformers snap back, now I cant stop wearing it, its quality, all embroidered and best of all fits my huge head.

They had a hat that i was looking for, for a while and in my size. Didnt have to compromise at all. Now i have a dope outfit from head to toe. 💯
