My daughters found a few good deals here. They got each 2 sweatshirts and my one got a tie dyed shirt and got an ocean city print on it- all for $107. The next morning my husband got a hoodie for $25 (cold NJ rainy morning). The guy who helped us was super nice- I think hes related to the people who own it. Honestly everyone there was very nice. Dont let 1 bad review deter you from this place. 🤷🏽♀️
Last Friday evening, we purchased a hooded sweatshirt for my 7 year old who picked out a screenprint with Ocean City, NJ to be added to the shirt from a sample she saw on the wall. The store worker (possibly owners - there was a man and a woman working, the woman helped us) was very nice and helpful. She ironed on the print, put it in a bag, we paid and left.About 10 minutes later, my daughter asked if she could wear the sweatshirt, and when she put it on we noticed that the shirt said Ocean City, MD. So we went back to the store to make sure we didnt make a mistake when we originally picked out the design from the wall display (not that it would make any sense to sell an OCMD item in OCNJ, but if that was on the display, I would have just lived with it as my mistake for not noticing it originally). It said Ocean City, NJ. So I thought, honest mistake, and went up to the counter to ask them to print us a new shirt with the correct screenprint. Honest mistake, no big deal. I will note that there is a sign that read All Sales Final, no returns or exchanges. At any rate, when I showed the man at the counter (the woman who helped us was ironing on another shirt) and explained the mistake, he looked at the shirt, shoved it back at me and said, You didnt buy this here. I said, Yes, I did about 15 minutes ago and that lady helped me, she will remember and produced the receipt. He continued to shake his head and said, nothing I can do. I protested and said, but you sold me the wrong product, your display says OCNJ and we ARE IN OCNJ. The woman said, Whats the difference? I said, The difference is two states and were not in OCMD so Im not sure why you would be selling anything with OCMD on it. For $35, Id like you to please fix it. She tried to claim that she showed me the shirt, and I argued that no, it was already in the bag on the counter when I came up to pay for it.They were clearly not happy, and it was obvious they did not want to reprint a new shirt for me, but there were other customers around who were paying attention, so they grabbed a new sweatshirt and printed the correct logo on it, and then - and I think this might be the worst part - practically threw it at me while the print was still hot and dismissed me. Extremely rude. They made a mistake and fixed it, but not willingly.Buyer beware. If you have a shirt made here, carefully check the work before you pay and walk out, because they are not keen on making things right.
