Terrible, I really feel like they charged me for a new bumper when they only buffed it out. Said that it must have been damaged in shipping in exactly the same place it was damaged. Thats amazing! They said we will order another one and just drop it off, it will take 30 minutes. Weeks later the bumper was in, oh yeah drop it off, it will take 2 hours. Come back to pick it up and its the same bumper. We thought you were looking at something that was supposed to be there so we didnt change it. Really! Bring it back we will put the new one on. Finally we dropped it off and they put a new bumper on. I really felt like they were charging for a new bumper and only buffing out the original one.

My new car had its first incident. I felt awful and was dreading the process of having it repaired.I chose Advanced Collison from a list of many. I was very pleased from the first phone call until taking delivery of my car.L.C. and his team were personable, professional and very kind. Every step was explained to me in laymans terms so I knew what to expect. They certainly delivered and then some!Having my car back shiny and show room ready felt great! I couldnt have ask for anything more from Advanced Collison. The spot-on customer service made the entire experience easy and stress free.I will certainly recommend Advanced Collison and will be using them for other services in the future!

I cannot praise the skillful staff at Advanced Collision enough.We collided with a large plywood box near Gauthier Mississippi, late in the evening of the 22nd of January. Our insurance company directed us to Advanced Collision, and we were pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness of the staff there. They looked at the damage and tried to find parts locally, tried to find us a rental, and finally went to work. They were able to get us back on the road in an hour or so. The repairs were temporary, but were enough to get us home. The total bill was astonishingly low.

Highly recommend this Advanced Collision location. Niko was super helpful and even fixed a mistake my insurance had made in the claim and saved me money! My car was fixed, washed, and vacuumed when all they had to do was fix it. Hopefully I don’t need them again, but if I do, I’ll go back with full confidence!

Terrible experience. No deadlines were met, no communication when they werent met, not good on customer service, and not a very good job on the car in general. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. I had to take my car back because my codes were not cleared as well as a few smaller details not being taken care of including grease/oil stains on my seats (that they put their). Came to pick it back up with skid marks on the side, compound on the body and glass, and scratches that had ben painted over as well as my car not being washed. Which is what they said they were doing when I called to check on my car after having had it for a day and a half after telling me it would take less than a day. To top it all off, my boyfriend mentioned all this to the manager and he yelled and got in his face. Essentially telling him we should be glad that the car even runs and either way our insurance would be paying him for the work he did. All in all, such a bad experience my insurance agent told me to not go back there and referred us to a new place. Who found more thing wrong with the car than what we had originally saw.
This place is garbage, the owner couldnt have been more rude and unprofessional. Got upset for calling him out on their shotty work then basically told me i shouldnt worry about such minor imperfections and should be happy its running. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicles to Joe Hudson. Much better customer service and professionalism.

Superb craftsmanship! Very friendly. My fender looks brand new and puts the rest of the body to shame (on a 2012). They went out of their way to make sure I was on the road again. Highly recommend!
Yesterday, I got my car back from Adv. Col. Ocean Springs. The person that gave me the estimate and made sure the repairs done were satisfactory to me was Mr. Cates. A super knowledgeable and nice guy. The work was done right and all went well. Mr. Cates even sent somebody to my house to pick me up in order that I could retrieve my car upon completion of the work. I used Adv.Col. years ago and I was happy with the work done at that time. Very good organization !Thank you Mr. Cates.
Didnt use their services. The guy was extremely rude. I walked in and he didnt greet me he seemed wrapped up in his computer work and annoyed. I asked for help and to explain how this works because I was unsure. I havent been in an accident before. When he finally spoke he talked fast and annoyed. No eye contact at all. I stood there confused at his demeanor and eventually left. I didnt say bye or thanks for the help and he didnt say have a nice day or thanks for stopping by. They may do good work but I wouldnt know because his attitude was radiating off him I had to leave I didnt feel comfortable or wanted so I did him a favor and left.
This is the worst experience I ever had with any business. My car had some mild damage back in Dec 2018 and I took it here. Not only did they not communicate with me about any of the actual work being done, but they also never called me back to update me, even after promising to. They were not timely and when I was called to finally pick up my vehicle, it had NEW DAMAGE. They agreed to keep it another day to touch up the new scratches they caused, only for me to come back to more scratches on my passager side handle where they had obviously hit it with a sander. Again, they did agree to fix and I came back the following day to get my car. I now realized they never reconnected my door properly so now my back window and locks do not work. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
Recently had my car in shop at ACS for repairs under an accident caused by a State Farm individual. State Farm recommended ACS . The repairs are satisfactory, however, there are additional scratches on drivers side. The stripes had to be removed on both sides, and replaced with decals. The stripes are okay, but perhaps in putting them on, other parts of the auto received minor scratches, etc.Aside from the repairs, I asked Steve if he could do a couple of things while my car was in shop: glue a door rubber seal on door (about 6 inches), touch up 3 tiny paint scratches, and add a bolt on rear passenger panel to secure it. Paint touch ups were not done and denied knowing about them. They became very defensive and rude, as I also, when they started lying!!! Offered to pay from beginning, but said there would be no charge. When I called their hand at this and the additional damage to care, he said it was FREE, how could I complain.Will never recommend ACS!! Would like to discuss this with the owner, and I am definitely calling State Farm to discuss my displeasure with them!!!!!

They did a great job but my truck sat there for to long for over a week and a half and Steve was rude over the phone talking to me crazy he seems to not like people and that is a problem very unprofessional I asked him about my truck explaining I need it done asap like they promised it would be ready. he then tells me lady Im not the one who damaged it and we have alot of vechiles we are working on. And then said it wont be ready for another 4 days. That was unacceptable and he already had me angry because of the way he talked to me so I called the insurance company made a complaint and let them know I wanted my truck painted some place else because I dont appreciate the way he handled me and spoke to me. He told me the other things were done and it was running just needed a paint job and they had to take the doors off to do prime it and then paint it. So I went over there to get my truck and he said your truck isnt ready and I said I know that Im coming to pick it up and take it somewhere else to be painted because of the way he spoke toe on the phone. I let him know about how unprofessional he was and how you dont talk or treat paying customers that way he then told me they were about to paint it and the doors was off and how I talked to him crazy on the phone and thats why he talked to me like that which was a straight up lie. I then told him I never talked to you crazy but you talked to me like that. Needless to say I left my truck there even tho I knew my insurance lady left a message saying I was on the way to get my truck so he had them take my doors off so they could keep it and get all the money they qouted just the labor was over 1000.00 he did however change his attitude and apologize for treating me poorly he said he was stressed out I think someone needs a vacation soon... And he did make sure I had pictures and the parts that were vandalized for court. But moral of story when youre dealing with the public be kind and treat people the way you want to be treated im a server and I come across all kinds of people but I make sure they leave the place satisfied and happy even the mean ones.

Where do I start with this company....Wow. I went in to pay my deductible and they tell me there is no deductabke. Three or four times I ask them are they sure. Yep. To make sure there is no confusion I sign a form to insure that there is no deductible.Shortly after I am hounded by them looking for money. Bear in mind I signed a form to not pay a deductible by them. They essentially would not take money from me when I picked up my car.Later on they admitted they made a mistake ( ya think?)They did not tell me this personally but told nationwide who then told me they made a mistake.To add insult to injury I decided to pay because I would never not pay my bills. That is what I believe and even though they messed up I will pay my debt.I get a call from a Lady later to say they do not accept checks after I had mailed it. Guess what change of policy they accepted my check. I have never dealt with such incompency with a professional organisation. It baffles me that the errors they made were handled so poorly by a proffesion organisation. I Will say the work they did was excellent. They need to reevaluate their admin and way of doing business.There is a lot of great Bodyshops that understand that customer service and their business.This is not one of them.

Less than one star rating, went to this estimate for the insurance company and told him about the damages on my car and he said they were old, I have pics of my car when I bought it less than 6 months ago and there were no damages on this car that were claimed, While at their office others were complaining about the service,, paint mismatch,, delays, waiting for ever,, totally rude people,, fair warning do not use this service for repairs
