NTB took care of my suburban and helped me with a good deal on some tires. They were really nice and quick with their work. I love the fact that they check everything out when taking care of your vehicle. Definitely recommend them!

I live 6 hours away from home, and I wait to get any work done until I come to the Coast to NTB! They are always thorough in their inspection of the vehicle, have great prices, and they are upfront about everything happening with your vehicle. I have had wonderful customer service every time. Setting up an appointment it super easy, and they are ready for me when I walk in the door. My car, although it is getting old, runs beautifully!

I was out of town visiting family and incurred a flat tire. I called within twenty minutes of them closing, and Regina, who was very kind, was able to fit me in at the end of thier workday. I cant thank them enough, because if it wasnt for them I wouldnt have been able to make the ten hour drive home the next next day. Regina and her team are true professionals and I am eternally grateful.

My husband was out of town on a business trip and experienced a flat when trying to get back home. Regina explained all the different tire options to him and helped him get back on the road in a timely manner. Can’t thank you enough!

Would of gave them 5 stars, but my drivers side window.. old vehicle.. has an issue but still working with window regulator.. I am pulling a trailer with a motorcycle so had to disconnect it before they replaced the front shocks.. did a great job replacing the front shocks, and quickly too. and I didnt get the trailer back hook up until after they locked up.. this is when I noticed the window is no longer working on the regulator .. and they didnt bother to tell me either.. it needs a new regulator but still working with the old one.. but since I am traveling thru going west then north to British Columbia.. I wasnt going to wait until the morning.More upset nobody bothered to tell me..Maybe someone can respond to this message and help me out.. just afraid hitting a bump.. window dropping. And shattering the window i recently had to replace..If I get helped out, Ill update this review..

Bought 3 new tires and had them installed here a year ago. Got off work today to a flat tire and I cant even change it because Im just finding out one of the technicians who installed my tires stripped one of my lug nuts and decided to not say anything about it.

Ive been coming to this location for a few years now. The service has always been excellent. Its easy to see why theyre always busy. The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend scheduling an appointment, but Ive always seen them do their best to help those in need with an emergency.

All my alignments and rotations done here on my lowered 2018 civic. They do great work and provide quality customer service.

I went there today around 3:30 pm and they were not busy today, i asked them if i could get one tire changed. And the girl up front tells me that she cannot take in any more customers, thus denying me service for no reason at all. dont waste your time on this place, it needs new management.

At Ocean Springs and Diberville are the worst places to have business with, terrible service, if you dont buy the tires fron them they will not installed them, they charge extra when the car is lower because they say it is specialty. In my case I had adjustable cambers and ask them to leave my alignment 0 camber and they just did the factory specs alignment and charge me like specialty and then I told them to fix it and came out with one of the front wheels different to the other side . Then I heard the manager say to other employee i am done with the lower cars and lifted truck . Its simple if you dont know how to do the f**** job dont take it and then charge extra for a job is not going to get done right!

This place was amazing when I had to get my tire replaced. The prices were fair and the staff was very friendly. I’ll definitely be using these guys from now on. The customer service is great and they do a wonderful job.

Only buy batteries and tires from them do not let them work on your vehicle . The people answering the phone up to the people doing the work aren’t competent enough to actually do automotive work.

No urgency for our emergency: We were on our way home to Florida from the Grand Canyon and had a tire crack. We explained that we needed to get back on the road quickly because we had another 6 and half hours to drive. They admitted that they were backed up and the wait was a few hours. The price was reasonable, but instead of expediting the work, it was four hours before we were back on the road.

The service suck the guy working on my tire took an hour and a half just to clean the seal put the tire back on

I just like the part thaf i can make an appointment and get my service done on my days off.

Clean (for an auto service place). Polite. Didnt try to sell me anything I didnt ask for. And all for a competitive price. Service took a little longer than quoted (I always drop my vehicles off though, because anywhere you go you wait longer than expected so it didnt inconvenience me), but not enough to put me off. Again, didnt bother me, but keep it in mind.

The men & women here were so sweet. Yesterday my tire went bad and I almost had a blow out while I was on my way to Biloxi. They changed it for me, no charge. It was super quick and everyone was very nice. I would definitely recommend them if youre in the area.

Took car in for alignment after lowering. Employees seem a bit smug. Had appointment made stating it was lowered. Technicians had a rough time getting on alignment rack. Poor job on alignment (toe n go) job.

They take good care of daughter and her moms car. But just like all other Auto repair shops they work off commission,the more they sell you the more they make. Have to pay attention and know a little about vehicles,so you dont get got. Not saying they will. JS.

Me & my wife was on our way to new Orleans to catch a flight we got a flat tire on the interstate we googled & found them called then went by bought a new tire mentioned where we were headed asked if they could fit us in so we wouldnt miss our flight they did we were in & out in minutes. The 2 people @ the front counter & the guy that installed our tire was so assume. 👍

I worked with Mr. Norris to have my tires replaced. The work was done as quickly as possible and Mr. Norris was kind enough to keep giving me updates and answer any inquiries. Definitely one of the better experiences I have had at an auto-shop.

Oil change and tire rotation and check fluids great job

The prices are very reasonable and they told me about a more serious issue with my car so that I could take it to dealership to get repaired. I wait anywhere from 1-2 hours for an oil change, tire rotation, battery check, etc which I think I quite reasonable.

I wish I could give them a better score because the employees there are nice people. My problem is that it takes so long to get anything done. I had tires shipped there for them to install. I was told that it would take about an hour and a half to install the 4 tires, balance them, and then get an alignment. It took almost three hours, then I had to come back because one of the tires had a defect. When my wife brought the car back to have the last tire put on she was told it would take half an hour (to put on ONE tire??). She was there for almost an hour and a half. I have a real problem with places that give you a time estimate and do not live up to it. I once had my tires rotated and balanced there a few years ago, and again, took longer then they said it would.

Update** I tried to go back but they were super busy so I did not even attempt to go in. My car has been sitting in driveway for the past 2 days. I just went outside to find the same tire completely flat, laying on concrete FLAT. If NTB happens to see this I need to have this repaired asap. I will be in tomorrow to try and have you take care of this, do you think you could give me a phone number to contact you, instead of the same number that cannot help me??****I had an appointment on Friday, I was about 20 minutes late. I was told since I was late I had to wait to be worked in, they told me it would be about 1 hour. One hour later they did start on car. This IS NOT what I am reviewing, I am reviewing because on Sunday (2 days later) I woke up to one tire almost completely flat! I was due to go out of town Sunday afternoon so, I went back to NTB. I explained the situation to the woman who was there. She said they did not have time to take it off the rim and do whatever they do to check it. I told her I really needed it checked bc I was going oo town. So, she had a man look at it and he said the valve stem vapor was a little loose and that could be it. So, aired in tire, screwed cap on tighter and off we went. The trip went fine, however this morning (Monday) again, the same exact tire, almost flat. So apparently it was not a loose cap!. So, I am headed back to NTB for the 3rd time in 5 days. I will update on my experience when I return. This should have been taken care of by NTB the day I brought it back.

Great service.... at time it may seem like a long wait but things happen... I would trade the service for anything. They are truly knowledgable and as friendly and apologetic for long waits as could be. I will continue to take my truck to this shop, the employees demeanor truly make a difference. I have not had any significant work down, just oil changed and true rotations and I will continue to do so😉

NTB Ocean Springs has the best staff out of any shop Ive ever used in the Gulf Coast area. Friendly service, fast, and informative. Had an emergency alignment due to a different Ntb doing a terrible job on my Cadillac. Joe was a personable and got the job correctly instead of rushing us out. The steering wheel was off but I did request that they not drive the car due to me being 1000 miles from home.

I get all three of my vehicle tires at this NTB they are great the last car I took in was without an appointment and they still got it in to replace the tires. The mechanics really know their stuff when it comes to tires and I will definitely continue to use this store for future tire needs.

This was the worst experience Ive had in a long time. I am angry and feel disrespected based on the service I received. On 9 March, I made a mistake by bringing my vehichle for an oil change and to replace a tire in a Jeep. When the technician was attempting to return the spare time to the correction location, he broke the hoist leaving it hanging and dangling at the bottom of vehicle. After paying for the service and attempting to leave, I realize they left the spare tire just laying in the back of the jeep. I went back and asked them to return the spare to the stowage area. At that time I looked out at my vehicle and realize there was a cable hanging at the bottom. They were not going to tell me they had broken the cable wench mechanism and let me leave with a dangling cable under vehichle. The store manager showed little to no concern and couldn;t even look me in the eye when I brought it to his attention.

Fast & very efficient service, reasonable cost. I will continue to due business & recommend them to others.

This store is one of the worst for repairs and customer service. I had a tire repaired they destroyed the rim. The guy at the counter, Roger, has the worst attitude and very offensive. After several weeks of excuses they replaced the rim. I brought my company car there for an oil change and tire rotation, two days later they were done and only rotated one side along with not knowing how to reset the tire monitors. I gave them one more chance yesterday to do a tire repair. They had my car for two days and I had to call several times just to get them to finish. I would suggest another shop to anyone needing service work.

Had appt at 0930 for tire rotate and alignment. The alignment bay was open. They rotates the tires in the first hour. Left car on rack an additional 30 minutes before starting the alignment. Still waiting...

Worst experience, taking appointments doesnt matter. Every time i go there wait for 3-4 hrs at least. After I bought my car, i am doing all service at this location but employee are not helpful then other ntb.
