This shop is absolutely the best bike store I have walked into in a long time. No cold shoulder, pressure, judgement and most of all theyre honest. Staff is amazing. Really words cant express the experience I received there, but Im going to try. If you have disbelief just check them out. I promise you, you wont be disappointed. I wasnt and trust me takes a lot. Im not one to even do reviews. Too much going on in my world to even have moment to. Made sure I did. Hell the environment was so beautiful I wanted to apply for a job there. Never leave.You can tell from the love of the community they are really busy working on bikes. Attentive though in a good way. I was so lucky to find this shop . I went in with a front rim needing bearings and walked out with a very new used Trek 4300 for a great price . Best bike mechanic in the area (or most areas) by far works here. They helped me design and build my dream bike. Super friendly. Absolutely AMAZING!! We were vacationing in Biloxi and had a flat. They took us as walk-ins and fixed it while we waited. They were super helpful and the price couldn’t be beat. Don’t bother going anywhere else!!

I brought my bicycle, which was purchased in Alabama, for a bicycle for a warranty issue and Duncan and Chuck immediately went to work on it and had the bike back on my rack in under 30 minutes. I was super pleased that they provided such outstanding customer service for a bicycle that was not purchased from their store. Great local business. Very respectful and efficient. Duncan and Gaven were very informative and attentive while they helped us find a bike for my wife. You’re going to spend a little more than Wal-Mart or Academy, but it’s worth it if you have it to spend. If you can’t find a bike anywhere right now, go see them.

This was my first visit to Tri Hard Sports. The location was easy to get to and parking was convenient and plentiful. The store was clean, bright, and attractive. The friendly staff were very much appreciated. I found them to be knowledgeable, attentive, patient, and especially helpful to me. Gavin was very knowledgable and helpful. Even though the store did not have many bikes in stock due to the influx of bike purchases because of covid, I still left with a lot of knowledge. And I was given a time frame of when more bikes would be in stock. The customer service was excellent. 5/5 stars, would recommend checking them out and shopping with them!

These guys are experts. My ankles roll and they knew just what shoe I needed. They put me on a treadmill and I was able to find the shoe I couldn’t roll if I tried. They also fit my husband with a jam up perfect bike. Duncan and his team are amazing!

The people here are very helpful and friendly. I had a some bike work done last time I visited and the price was so reasonable I had to buy some accessories to bring the bill up to what I had initially budgeted. I wholeheartedly recommend them. Please note that they have moved down a few doors from their previous locations, but they are still in essentially the same place.

This is a great shop with very fair prices and an extremely knowledgeable owner. Duncan took the time to understand what I was trying to achieve with the modifications I wanted to make to my bike and then researched the best options and let me make the call. What was not in stock he ordered with super fast shipping. It’s clear that he is passionate about his business and craft and wants to make the customers result as good as possible. Got a flat tire on my electric bike. Fixing a flat with a rear hub motor is much more involved than your typical repair. These guys did a great job! Put an extra hefty tube in there without me even asking. Extremely reasonable pricing. I would definitely recommend this bike shop to a friend.

I have been in and out of Tri Hard since before Duncan owned it. He has always been fair and honest when working with my bikes and has kept me riding. I see some reviews here about over selling and just wanted to share my experience.I reached out to Duncan just yesterday to inquire about purchasing a tri bike from him vs adding a few parts to my road bike to get me through my first triathlon. He responded immediately and said. It is your first race just get a new set of wheels and ride! Could have easily talked me into a 3k plus bike and he did not. This is why he will continue to get my business. If you are looking for a cheaper way to do things youtube has some great tutorials, but I usually mess up and bring it in anyways. I am in MS temporarily for work, and yesterday I had driven 2 1/2 hours to bike ride and explore Ocean Springs. But when I got the bike off the rack, the rear brake was stuck. I quickly googled, and this shop popped up. Taking a chance, I headed over. The manager of this store took care of me immediately, complete with new brake cable and adjusting my other brake, and had me back on the road in 20 minutes! And he did it all so pleasantly, great customer service. He saved my day! If there were 10 stars I would give him 10.

Ive been meaning to drop a line on her for a minute as Ive been lucky enough to swing by this rad shop a few times this summer.Per the crew, Duncan and Jacob are both awesome and super helpful. Theyre the only two I know by name, but the entire crew is approachable, attentive, and knowledgeable.Ive dropped my 29er (mid-grade hardtail) off for (1) a chain replacement following two weeks of my destroying it learning to wheelie on a 29er for the first time, (2) a complete tune-up and (3) to have it slapped with a couple Maxxis Ikon tires in place of the stock Bontragers.(1) Jacob had a new chain on in about five minutes and set a loose tire while replacing it. Very reasonably priced (less than $20 if memory serves).(2) When I dropped her off for the tune-up, she was filthy, totally impregnated with sand, and shifting poorly. My understanding is that they disassemble, clean, tune, reassemble, and test ride. This must be the case, because when I picked her up, she was riding--honestly--better than the day I picked her up brand new. In addition to the new harmony in the mechanics, she was looking brand new again. The cost was very reasonable. I stand by this tune-up as one of the best Ive had in about ten years of riding. I will say that shes a fairly new bike so they didnt have to resurrect a dilapidated old rust bucket, but they did a terrific job regardless.(3) I was iffy about going in on any upgrades as Ive never really seen the value in upgrading a mid-grade bike, but Im really glad I did. If youre going to upgrade your bike, the points of contact (tires, cockpit, saddle) are--in my opinion--the best place to start. After a conversation with Duncan about jumping up from the stock tires to Maxxis Ikons, I decided to pull the trigger on the upgrade. Im super, super glad I did. Theyve got frog-toe on grip the road and trail (mainly loose dirt and pea gravel on hard pack at the moment) and have made climbing and cornering easier and more enjoyable. Jacob did an awesome job with the instillation and did it with a really quick turnaround.Anyway, as a guy who values local bike stores and loves chatting with anyone who shreds, these are my boys. Thanks guys.

Everything from my initial phone call to showing up was polite, professional, and all my questions were answered.I originally took my Schwinn in for what I thought was a broken part or worse, multiple parts. Ducan, stopped what he and another staff member were doing and put my bike up on the rack. While working on my bike he was extremely helpful in walking me through what he was doing and explaining why.Tri-Hard has not only earned my business but they have earned my TRUST. Im new to the area and have heard nothing but good things about this store, and Duncan the owner, but that has not been my experience at all. I was looking for a set of clip on aero bars and so I went and talked to Duncan about it. He recommended the air strike from profile design. I wasnt sure if Id like them, but wanted to try them so I asked about his return policy. He said store credit. So after paying $135 for something I could have gotten on Amazon for $100, because I really like to support local businesses, I tried them out. Used them for about a month and really didnt like them so I called and asked if I could return them for a different pair. This is where I started for realize that Duncan isnt that great. So after asking me what I didnt like about them, he proceeds to get all frustrated with me for wanting to return them and complaining about how hes going to have to take a loss on them (even though he had about a 40% markup on them to start with), but hed get me the T5 model instead, but Id have to pay for shipping for them. Fine Ill pay for shipping. So he gets them a week or so later and I swing by on Monday to get them. Hes not there. Apparently he doesnt work on Mondays. So the running guy calls him to ask about my aero bars and he says to just come back the next day and get them. I said no, I just took time out of my schedule to get them I will take them now. So then he proceeds to tell me that I need to take apart my current aero bars and replace the top bracket with the one he bought. Ok fine. Except while Im doing this, I realize that in an effort to save himself a few dollars, he didnt buy the T5 set from profile, that have the J series bracket, he just bought a new top bracket. So in simple terms, my elbow pads are about 2.5 inches above the aero bars which makes it pretty much impossible to use all but one of the bar extensions, which werent the extensions I was supposed to get.And to add insult to injury, he claims to be a triathlon store, but hes got about as much selection as just a regular bike shop. He has maybe 2-3 tri items. And all are at a huge markup.Bottom line: Duncan is at best incompetent or at worst deceitful and dishonest. I will never be going back and will tell everyone I can to go elsewhere.
