Ordered windows in December. Was promised 6 weeks. Understand delays happen to an extent. However it’s now March 25th and I’m being told for a 6th time that my delivery is “pushed back another week” Last week my windows were “being loaded on the truck as we speak” now miraculously, they aren’t built yet and are delayed yet another week. Caught them in a Lie as to when they actually put my order in compared to when I actually ordered from the sales rep. Have it documented. As a contractor, I strongly urge you all to shop elsewhere for building materials as their customer service is the WORST in the business. They have yet to apologize or offer any way to make this right all while I have a severely upset customer with a house with no windows for over 3 months now. I can provide screenshots and documents if needed.

Nice place friendly staff but they do not accept AMEX so I ended up having to pay with cash. I was able to do so since I was only getting a single board but if I was doing a full project I would have wanted to put it on my credit card. I would recommend that you go somewhere else unless you want to pay cash

Great place to work and shop

Every single time we make a order to be delivered to the job site 60% of the time it is wrong. Have to have them come back and forth trying to fix the order.

My company Bayou Trailers in Ocean Springs MS, uses baileys wood for the Decking on All Trailers. Very fast service! As a owner of manufacturing company, fast service is a must and they deliver on a very quick turn a round time!!
