Very harassing on multiple occasions. Catching attitude with you for making them actually work and earn their pay. Want to question every little thing. The lady was being so rude and snobby then had the nerve to tell me I dont need to catch no attitude. Well then stop throwing your attitude. When she was slamming my drinks down after scanning them one rolled off the counter after hitting me and she said are you gonna get that. I said nope. Dont want it now. Well can you hand it to me. Again, no. You threw it at me. 🙄

Very spacious clean. More products on shelves than expected. Only drawback was the warehouse feel.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LAZY EMPLOYEES. Most DONT seem to want to work after getting free $$$ for a year.Diberville Walmart yesterday. Often I amHungry and grab the dollar egg roll they usually have near rotisserie chickens by quick checkout. They were empty. Had to speak with like 5-6 people and still not sure if it got filled. Went to where they make them. The egg roll he gave me fromBehind counter had 1:30 on it. Was not 1:55. So for 25 min no one could walk the 40 feet required? Or walk over and get them after I spoke to severa people. One heavy set girl at the lead register where you self checkout just looked at me. She seemed to lazy to even say she will notify a MGR.OCEAN SPRINGS WALMART; sitting here calling to get ahold of garden center to see if they had 40 pound bags of salt. Don’t want to drive 20 min just to see they are out. Every number I hit like Pharmacy, or electronic or an Associate ; NO ANSWER OR LIVE PERSON. IF I LET IT RING, it just hangs up. WHO THE HELLIS THE GM HERE. I may go DONT and give him/her a piece of my mind

To many hood employees picking online orders. After making it around two of them the third one started walking faster to keep up with me and then condescending says “ don’t worry I’m going to stay out of your way BoSs.” That critical race theory you guys are teaching is really paying off.

Don’t even go here to buy anything they lock up. They have buttons to call for help but nobody is on the other end. Apparently none of the employees who work on the floor have keys. The ones who are “entrusted” with protecting the store’s assets must think that means leaving them locked up, and never selling them. I wasted 20 minutes just waiting before giving up and leaving empty handed. I asked to speak to a manager before leaving and of course none cared enough to speak to an irate customer. The store manager is clearly incompetent and her “staff” is too. I feel sorry for the employees they don’t trust enough to give a key. One tried to help, she was very nice, but also couldn’t find anyone. I should add they weren’t even busy.

I try to stay as far away from hellmart as humanly possible. 50 registers, 1 cashier. Then they make you do the work of a cashier and ring up your own stuff so they dont have to pay 20 cashiers foodstamp qualifying wages

I dont get a paycheck from Wal-Mart yet they basically give me the option of waiting in line forever to get checked out by a cashier or using self checkout. If I am going to have to self checkout maybe you should pay me. Or maybe I should just shop at Target, Rouses and Winn Dixie where they have cashiers and which shows that they appreciate my business.

I just had to go to the pharmacy to pick up an antibiotic the pharmacy staff was very polite helpful.

This store is always out of everything, its never stocked. There are times Ive made trips there for 3 weeks straight to try to get a item that was out and it still wasnt stocked.. Its absolutely ridiculous!! Either they need new management or corporate needs to get involved, when I have to go to other store in other towns to get groceries cause they never have stuff, its a PROBLEM!!!! GET IT TOGETHER!!!!

This store cannot leave something in the same place for more than a couple of months, and it is hard to shop with all the employees pushing carts full of plastic bins down the aisles. But that is normal. Today, they had lines of 6 or more people at every register, the scan-and-go aisles were all closed, and the self-checkouts dont take cash. I was told it is because they had no change. Im sorry, but every other retail establishment can send someone to the bank. I asked to speak to a manager, and was told to get in line at the service desk. Every employee in the building has a radio, they could call a manager. I guess they would stand in line at the service desk if the place was on fire. Also, they have reserved parking for the police department out front, which will be sitting empty while the cops lean on their vehicle in the fire lane. I would like to thank you for removing the cattle gates at the entrances, though.

Shelfs were very low on items. But its understandable do to the shortest of transportation issues.

What else can I say? Its Walmart!! 5 stars all around.

Very upset and disappointed with the service I received yesterday 08-07-2021. My husband and I went shopping for a few things. Weve been coming to this Wal-Mart since 2014 and never had a situation like this before. We were at the garden area getting ready to pay. There was no one at the register. I approached Cynthia. She is a Wal-Mart employee and ask her if the register was open. Her response was If you want me to stop doing what Im doing, then yes the register is open. I told her well if is not a problem for you to stop doing what youre doing. Of course I will like to check out. After that everything went down hill. She checked me out, she was very rude during the entire process. To the point were I had to stop at the customer service desk and speak to a supervisor about the entire situation. The managers response was....Im surprised...She is never like this. I really hope they do something about it. People like her should not be working with the public 🙄

Shannon at the Customer Service Desk is SUPER friendly and patient!I dislike returning items, so they seem to pile up on me. I decided to return several items from different visits at one time. Shannon wasnt irritated with me, she continued to laugh and carry on small conversations with me.I struggled to find receipts I knew I had prior to walking in, but she was patient with me. She inquired if I knew which card I used, etc.I had a couple of shirts I wanted to exchange, so I grabbed 2 pictures of them. 😀Thank you Shannon for keeping your cool and showing compassion during such a crazy time were going through with Covid-19; it truly made what I was dreading, PAIN FREE!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Walmart in Ocean Springs NEVER answers the phone when you call. If you go up there to speak to management they CANNOT be found. If you get terminated they try very which way to get rid of you ever working there. You try to talk to management and they give you the cold shoulder or talk to you like you are a piece of s***. If you bring up something that is true/ a fact you get looked at like your crazy. Ocean Springs Walmart has a hard time keeping the shelves stocked and water in stock.

Covid-19 is the focus here. Greeters enforce the mask policy. Makes you feel comfortable to shop.

Im a senior that needs a shopping cart. I counted 5 carts out of order. 4 in the parking one close to the door so I got it. Lucky me. Since Walmart parking lot always seems to be. always be full. Why dont they respect their seniors with well running carts. Why not have some one to be in charge of keeping carts carts at the ready for handicap customer s.

Do not like self check I dont go there to bag my own groceries they have very few registers that dont have self check out wish there were more hometown stores

This is an ideal Wal-Mart to go shopping at. Seemed like everything was on the correct aisles, it wasnt dirty or crowded, acceptable number of employees working, etc...

Theyre going to self checkout everywhere and the in-store shoppers for people who pick up are the rudest people I came in the store to shop at least you can let me buy and quit cutting me off and acting like its my fault I believe if you come in the store to shop and ring your own items up and bag your own items you should get a discount between two and 5%

Love shopping at Walmart their fruit is always cheaper than anywhere else an they always have 5-6 Clarence racks lol. But always clean an the shelf are always stocked up

This Walmart is awesome! They had items at this location on Bienville Blvd. in Ocean Springs that I had never seen in any other Walmart before! It was very clean, and even though it was fairly crowded, we enjoyed our shopping experience immensely. Happy to make this our new favorite store!

I shop here almost every week and always spend over $100 each time. The customer service as far as cashiers and assistant managers is terrible. We know you are trying to push everyone to self check out, but I refuse to do this when I have a full cart. Its just too much for 1 person 70 years old. So, I had to wait 25 minutes in line to check out. The cashier was rude and couldnt care less about the customers waiting. The assistant manager passed by us several times until we actually stopped her and asked for more cashiers.This is very unsatisfactory, you could learn about customer service from Chick fila, they got everyone looking pretty sorry as far as customer service. Poor old Sam Walton would be appalled at what has been done to his stores.I asked about new carts for this store 2 years ago, still waiting for them to show up.I know you could care less, but this will start affecting your bottom line soon. People will only take so much.

The store was very clean and well stocked. The employees were also nice and helpful with any question that I needed an answer to! Im not usually over in Ocean Springs because I live in Biloxi but I just decided to stop by since I was in the area and I was quite happy that I did. It seems some Walmarts carry items that another one may not have for some reason and it makes no sense to me! But now I know which Walmart carries my extra flaming hot Cheetos!! Haha..

This Walmart was stocked so much better than the one Im used to shopping at in Lucedale, MS. They had more selection and it was totally stocked. We go to the coast often and will definitely stop again.

Needs some work when it comes to customer service skills and customer satisfaction. I feel like its a burden to ask people there for help finding something. Other than that, I like going there. Bought a drone but it took almost 20 minutes for management to acknowledge the employee that was trying to grab a drone from the back of the store. It is entirely my luck also.

It was easy to find what we needed. Even though the lines were long, self checkout was easy.

Waited while two employees walked around with my order in the parking lot.I advised that the items on the cart were my order.The employees told me this was not my order and that my order wasnt out yet.After watching the employees push the cart around I again told them after 20 minutes that the order they were pushing was indeed my order.I was again told my order was not out yet.10 more minutes the employees could not find another vehicle to drop it off did one of the employees came back to where I was parked and asked my name.Finally, they pushed the cart to my car and loaded the items for me.1st, I didnt understand why 2 employees were needed to push the cart.2nd, I didnt understand why it took so long for them to figure it out.It would appear that training is lacking for these two confused employees.

My grocery pick ups always go very well, they let me know if an item is out of stock and give me similar replacement choices.In this instance the choice flavor was no where close to what I ordered.I ordered strawberry flavored Unicorn snack cakes, you were out and suggested Birthday Cake instead. There is no strawberry flavor in these cakes, so yes I was a bit dissapointed.I find this to be the case if you order anything unique like this, its never available and can be very frustrating.I do realize the stores dont have the say so in a replacement item and suggest this be looked in to buy the powers that be.Thank you for your time and sending me this reply to complete.

Went to the Ocean Springs Walmart today... Wanted to use an actual cashier and boy was THAT the wrong choice! Stood in kine for a halff hour to have the cashier not even be bothered to listen when I tried to hand her exact change. She also put a bottle of Sprite in with my bread.... Yeah, not yoir first day lady.... Been through her line before with same issues. Do better folks. Just ridiculous

The store is normally extremely busy and cleaner than any Walmart that I have been to. However, the shelves are almost empty each visiting trip. Theres little to no cashiers available to ring up your order, and some of the workers will run the opposite direction if you attempt to ask a question.

I mean, its Walmart. Stuff is cheap and youll learn to deal with the chaotic atmosphere. They have, basically, everything. Plus, theyre doing a decent job of competing with Amazon, online. Go for it.

We had not visited this location in quite some time; however, they seem to have a better selection of the My Life As doll clothes and accessories than the Diberville Walmart. So off my daughter and went to shop for doll items. The Ocean Springs location was neater and cleaner than I had ever seen it before. The shelves were well-stocked and well-maintained. It was easy to navigate through the aisles without dodging merchandise that had been thrown on the floor. The Valentines Day merchandise didnt look like a bomb had gone off down the aisles like usual, which made it much easier to shop. The floors were clean and the racks of clothing were neat as a pin. Our cashier was a true Southern sweetheart. She made our trip that much more pleasant due to her cheerful and happy conversation. I think that we will be shopping here more often.

This Walmart whats Becks was very friendly people, other than that it is just the Walmart. There were scooters rented out of the Yazoo! They were kids running amok, but at least they had a smile on their face. And that was the catch, that is where the five stars came from. Hey man and I talked in the bathroom about freedom, we were grateful. And that will stay between us. So thank you Walmart, you are not the neighborhood but you are definitely part of it.

Love my walmart. I will say the store is great, but the app says things are in stock or only 3 left but they dont have any. Ive been trying to get a bike for my son and since Christmas they still dont have but 2 for men in stock.

Walmart needs to make sure shelves are full. It socks to go in there to empty shelves.

Doesnt matter what time of day you go, workers will take up both sides of the isle (not even acknowledging you asking to get by, while they talk and/or text on their phones instead of getting their online orders done). Make sure youre not in a hurry when you go. Other than that, I mostly get everything I need in one trip, & most cashiers are friendly (probably because youre your own cashier). Will definitely be back.....probably this week, & every week following.

I have had wonderful experiences with my groceries being early as well as NOT COMING AT ALL. All they did to inform me was send a notification to my phone saying oops...... and a bunch of excuses saying my order is still be prepared I called corporate and the delivery driver canceled my delivery for who knows why? I surely dont know and they canceled it 4 minutes before the delivery department closed. So I cannot get my babys food until tomorrow. What will she have for breakfast? Who knows. Thanks, walmart.

Between my husband and I spend about 1,000.00 a month in this store yesterday I was shopping and had a Loss prevention associate follow me, I have no idea why but it upset me greatly, when I ask the L.P at the garden center door was that one of his L.Ps he said no but he clearly was lying because I could see them talking threw the chain link fence, mgr. come out and instead of saying I apologize she said rudely can I help you mam, I was so upset, I wouldnt keep a dime if I found it on the floor,I will be shopping more at rouses and Amazon!!!! Obviously there L.Ps dont have very good instincts !!
