This place has the WORST ABSOLUTE SERVICE. They run two businesses one in Ocean Springs and one in Biloxi and the Ocean Springs one has the worst service. Every time I called u either can never get a hold or will be told misinformed information. I called and they told me they closed at 5, I show up at 4:30 and the doors were closed. I called back and was told that I mishappened to call the one in Biloxi, but the lady on the phone said it was Ocean Springs and now I cant order my contacts because they are supposedly closed for the rest of the week because they dont have a doctor until next Monday, yet no where on the internet informs you that. So it has the public thinking they are open everyday what business runs like that.

I’m updating this review to 1 star! It’s been over 2 months since my appointment on September 22nd. I ordered contacts and have never gotten a response back if they were in. I’ve called their office multiple times both the Biloxi and ocean springs location and keep getting the voice mail. This is down right ridiculous, I paid for those contacts and I can’t even get a answer to when they are there. I work during their business hours and have limited time to drive all the way to ocean springs especially not even knowing if they have my contacts. On Top of being charged a addition fee for who knows what, my copay was paid that day along with the overage from coverage on my contacts. I’ve reached out through their website contact and still nothing.[Over all it was a pretty good experience. Techs were nice and the doctor as well. Wait times was a little longer then expected. Clinic is very clean. Would recommend for all those looking.]

These are the best eye doctors on the Miss. Gulf Coast, so rest assured you picked the right place. Ive gone to them for years, as has my family and other people I know. They are outstanding in all eye specialties and also are board certified. They have MDs (ophthalmologists) and ODs (optometrists) at their 3 clinics and you cant go wrong with any of them! I couldnt be more enthusiastic about any doctors Ive seen. I can see again, thanks to them.

These wonderful (and I mean it!) eye doctors work in both Ocean Springs and at their Biloxi clinic, so Im very familiar with their work and quick (soothing) results. I also got LASIK from Dr. Bahadur and have 2020 vision now. My family goes to them and we all are so pleased. I agree - the best on the coast! (They also have a Gulfport clinic.)
