The guy Lloyd is the owner and is terrible to deal with, besides never returning anyones calls, he strung us along for 3 weeks promising to do our remodel project on a house we were buying and then the last week to turn the rest of the items in to my mortage officer that she requested from him for over a week he goes missing in action the whole week answering no ones calls and cancels being able to do the job on the last day to turn the info in, causing us to miss closing on our house. No professional business sense what so ever!!!
