The weather was terrible, thunder and lightning. The rain was hard and steady. Of course my umbrella was in car. The receptionist held umbrellas for me and my dad to get to our car. And this was after a very thorough exam and excellent service. Thanks so much to them.

Very unprofessional staff!!They are rude, threatening, and harassing.2 individuals showed up at my home after business hours (major HIPA violation) and threatened my husband, due to their own error, with arrest/prosecution.They have cameras in their facility with no notices posted that recording devices are in use, major privacy violation!

I have called Ocean Springs several times and left voicemails, no response. I left a message with answering service last Thursday, no call back.Last appointment I had I waited over an hour, never came out to get me.When I got my hearing aids I also purchased the Bluetooth unit. To this day I never received it. Over $400.00. Asked for a refund several times, never got a response.Poorest service Ive ever encountered.Tony BallardOcean Springs, MS
