This store is so small 😥! I notice that this year with covid, the Halloween section hasnt been set up yet fully as to compared to the many other michaels. Last time I was here about a month ago, I started to see it slowly rolling in with a middle aisle cap of halloween ceramic lights. I came in yesterday trying to find items I couldnt buy online and they had only one main aisle of halloween palmistry/tarot line set up. There was also a vintage Halloween section, glam romantic goth and outdoor lights set up that were not fully stocked yet. And the items I were looking for, they were not set up on shelves yet to be displayed. Either this store just hasnt gotten any of their Halloween shipments yet or they arent getting any. I go to this location alot as it is closer to me. The location is real nice and quiet. The employees that come and go all of the time are nice and helpful rather than the regulars who arent so nice and arent helpful. The selection is minimal due to the store being small. I had to order store pick up at other michaels locations.

I had an amazing experience, thanks to Melinda in Framing, at this store. She and her team are to be complimented. She was friendly, knowledgeable and went over and above with regards to a puzzle I brought in to be framed. I highly recommend them for framing!

The framing lady was argumentative and rude to me. So I took my business to Amazon and paid 1/3 the price for a frame I am very happy with.Other than that experience the store is nice and I would go there for anything BUT framing.

The new girl at the framing place was very helpful and friendly. Went over several matt prices with me and custum frames in the end I was able to buy the mat board myself and freamed it myself at home with a box cutter and some invisible tape. I am very pleased with how my map of night city turned out. Michaels is my favorite craft store. I shop hear for all kinds of craft stuff as I like to make my own candles and I am a Cosplayer.

Michaels and Joannes coupons are able to be used here.. Theres always coupons and deals. Paper. To supplies. For weddings. Picture frames even to a notebook . Theres something here for everyone.

My Daughters as well as my husband and I enjoy attending the Saturday crafts. The class is free to attend. Youd just need to purchase the material being used. The cashiers usually have them up at the registers. The paint and brushes will be provided.

Dont go there at closing all they want is to leave I had been looking for a certain artist set and went to michaels in altamonte springs and they were out of them and sent me to ocoee. The guy I finally found to help me looked at my picture and told me a isle number I couldnt find the art in my picture so I went and found him again and all he wanted to do was go close the doors! Never looked up the item told me to stay in the area and he would be back! He never came back! Hubby came out of the bathroom and went to look for Daniel and he was on a register and not planning on coming back to me!

The store was relatively clean unfortunately I had to use the restroom and I almost threw up. It is disgusting! This has to be one of the worst bathrooms that I have seen. Rust and mold was everywhere and had it not been an extreme emergency I would have rather go outside behind the bushes and use the restroom.

I love walking around this store and checking out all the craft items. Pretty good prices and there are always coupons in the Sunday paper. Helpful and friendly staff.

I love Michaels for anything Artistic. And they have great deals all the time and coupons for more savings (join them for emails and youll understand) and also their staff has always been helpful and happy in ALL the ones Ive gone into. Never a problem with that and I visit them in all different locations.

They had some awesome deals online for this weekend only. I had trouble ordering on the website but the staff was extremely helpful in directing me to what I needed, and even helping me with coupons for my full price item. I also found a beautiful frame that was even cheaper than the one I saw online. So glad I went into the store this time!

The lighting and organization of the store make one feel stressed, but the products are usually good, if slightly more expensive than other craft stores.

Wow, talk about good customer service. Holidays are a nightmare in retail. So I felt really bad going into the store knowing I had an atypical problem. Michaels adjusts their price with in 7 days of a purchase. So when I got 2 skeins of yarn, then needed more the next day, I got online to find a location with it in stock. Lucky me, it was now buy 2 get 1 free AND $20 off $50... which meant 3 of them were now cheaper than the 2 I purchased the previous day. The manager spent a solid 30-45 min with me before she was able to adjust the price accordingly in their system to get me the additional skein and refund. All this the week before Christmas! Thank you so much for your time, patience and help at such a crazy time!!

Employees need to be made aware of online coupons and deals. The cashier, Mickey, was grunting a lot and seemed annoyed about being there at all. She was surprised by the coupon i presented her from the Michaels website.
