1st time there. Cool store. Lots of neat things and good prices.

Had some interesting stuff at pretty good prices. They have a ton of patio umbrellas but only one stand, that was a little disappointing since I wanted multiple but over all it was a fine experience, Ill go back.

Very old dirty feel to the store, cashier was pleasant, not finding the same deals as the east orrlando store. Most of all the items I looked at where way cheaper on Amazon and had a better selection. Sorry but I need to stretch my dollar online.

3. 5 Stars. Great selection of so many articles from huge planters to linens to cookware and yard decorations. Nice staff. The downside is that the prices of imports (China) definitely increased the last 2-3 years.

It is looking better than it has for a couple years. The signs posted for either red or green line clearance can be irritating when there is nothing in that area marked with green or red line.

Great store if you want to give your home a new look. Customer service was great, exactly what I expected.

A huge location is in the heart of Ocoee. They have a huge parking lot and its easy enough to find a spot. They also have a ton of shopping carts, which I recommend that you get before you go in, because youll probably end up getting more than you expected. Theyre always great place to find seasonal and holiday items on the cheap.As I walked the store it was a little bit confusing as to where everything was. It was difficult to determine where each section was broken out into. I had to go up and down into the aisles to find the king size sheets. Otherwise they do have a ton of stuff and its easy to get lost in here for a while just looking around.They only had a couple of cash registers open, so if it gets super busy you might have to wait in line for a while. Especially since they wrap up each ceramic item individually with paper. They do have super cheap prices, and the staff was nice.

This is on behalf of my mother, she frequents here quite a bit, never has been unsatisfied with their products and service. She has been there plenty of times before and will be there plenty of times again. Oh and my grandmother enjoys this place. Only.time.i came in was to buy i think a trashcan, nice trash can though.

We really like walking and shopping at Old time Pottery . We always find unique items for gifts and home decorating.The staff at check out are always very friendly. We would have stayed and shopped longer but the restrooms were out of order so after an hour and a half we called it a day .

Lots of choices of their merchandise. Hundreds of different throw pillows, silk flowers, garden decor, etc.

Food was excellent, came out timely and great value.

Very helpful staff, but the inventory is definitely not what it used to be. No pretty paper plates & napkins what so ever. The glassware isle, again is 1/4 of what ot used to be.

I LOVE this store! Clean and super friendly staff.

This store is dirty and decrepit. Carts have never seen a cleaning. Dirt on carts so caked on that when I wiped it down with my own wipes I carry, the wipe was black. Staff were disassembling some shelves and banging away making such a loud noise. Prices are high and not worth what they have for sale. If youre looking for craft stuff, home decorations, etc., there are better places close by to shop.

It really hard to find help in this store. And when you do, no one seems to know much of anything. Several items I was interested in were missing price tags or the tag was ripped off.Lastly, during a pandemic in which scientists / doctors are advising people to wear mask in public, none of the staff were wearing mask.

I can get lost spending hours in this store. Theres always a steady change of seasonal and other products and theres always something on sale. This is a great store for your household items and the best prices in town.

I found what I needed with no difficulty. The store has considerably improved in cleanliness and presentation I found the restroom in excellent shape - very clean, full towels, and toilet paper, soap and wastebasket not overflowing. The cashier was friendly and competent. This place has come a long way. I had stopped going because the entire place was a wreck. I will continue to shop there again and recommend others to give them a second chance.

Lots of great stuff for the home here. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because prices have gone up in the last year or so. Quite a variety. I would recommend knowing your prices before you shop. Good deals can be found, but you have to know your prices.

My wife and I visted your store on Sunday, July 29, 2018 and encountered a poor customer service experience . There was a long line forming at the only checkout register opened . My wife asked Ms Elliot if another register could be opened and she directed us to register #2, the one with the big number 2 in front of it! Duh! She went on to say that when she shops she never changes from one checkout line to another . There was no one to check us out at register #2 and after a while waiting she, Ms. Elliot checked us out, while stating that had we stayed in the original line we couldve been checked out already. Well thank you for a memorable shopping experience.

Have 50 % signs everywhere and nothing in those areas are. Prices are to high on a lot of broken items.

There was a lot less stock than usual, and the employees seemed like they hated their jobs.

Think its overpriced because they carry some brands you can find at dollar stores. Yet they sell it for $5! If youre a bargain shopper not the place to go. Although, they do have some unique, nice products, that are well priced.

Not really my favorite place to shop but its a must for certain cheap items. Certain kitchen items that will simply do the job but dont need to be nice are great from here. They have cheap rugs and cheap planters/pots for your plants outside. Beyond that, Id skip on the decor or plateware.

I went to Old Time Pottery in search of a carpet to put under a bed in a bedroom. I found exactly what I was in search of. This place is good for hard to find items at a reasonable price. Many house wears are available here. IF you are searching for something hard to find in housewares Id say try it.

The sales people at the store are amazing. They honored the price on a particular item I was purchasing even though it probably was much lower than what it was even advertised for. They have always accommodated me with anything I was trying to purchase.

Ive always liked this chain, but this location, in particular, has friendly, helpful staff who actually engage the customers. I was shocked when I went back two weeks after buying a pizza stone. I was so happy with it (and the price!), that I went back to buy another to give as a gift. The cashier, whom I certainly hadnt remembered, said Dont tell me you broke the other one? In response to my blank expressing, she said Werent you just here a couple of weeks ago, and bought one of these? Im an old geezer, not George Clooney or Leonardo DiCaprio, so it wasnt my looks that made her remember me. She was just that kind of person. Pretty much all of the staff at this store are. I live closer to another Old Time Pottery, but I go to this one!

Organized .. clean ...safe shopping

Shop here at your own risk! This store needs to close. Everytime I visit, there are more roof leaks and more aisles that are closed off. Merchandise is damaged from rust water leakage and they are doing nothing about it. The employees are breathing in mold and humidity and it is affecting their health. This is potential cause for lung disease and has been going on for months. Shop here at your own risk.
